Ideal place to stay before flying from Sevilla.

    rating07 Mar 2026

A perfect hotel to stay in overnight before flying. Welcoming, warm and comfortable. Decent room with excellent bathroom (fabulous water pressure and plenty hot water) whole hotel clean and tastefully decorated.Relaxing bar area and a great bar opposite the hotel if you'd like something to eat or drink before the hotel bar opens.Plenty parking and extremely easy to get to the airport.Slight traffic noise through the night but not terrible.

The reception staff don’t listen when a guest requests help to replace a broken fridge and safe.

    rating23 Feb 2026

There was not air conditioning and the room was so hot since faced the westerly sun. This fridge did not work, we told them the night we arrived, we told them the next morning. Each time we were promised it would be looked at - nothing. Then again at the end of the first full day so again we told them, by now our food and milk were off. They had no record of us telling reception twice before. A service man came up, checked the fridge and said it was broken. The safe also did not work. Same story as the fridge. Told them three times and when the man checked it he said it was broken. The safe and fridge were replaced later. It is a shame it took three attempts by a guest to ask for help before anyone listened. This hotel can have no excuses for this lazy attitude. Hotel, at Ac Hotel Sevilla Forum, responded to this review Dear guest.Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Please accept my sincerest apologies for the series of frustrations you experienced during your stay.It is distressing to hear that you had to report the issues with your fridge and safe multiple times before they were resolved. While I am glad our maintenance team eventually replaced the units, I recognize that this was far too late to prevent the inconvenience and the loss of your items.I have already shared your comments with our Front Office and Maintenance to ensure our logging procedures are strictly followed and that our team understands the urgency required in these situations. We appreciate your patience and for bringing these failures to our attention. Your feedback is essential for us to correct these service gaps.Sincerely.

    Service is always very good

    rating21 Nov 2025

My 6th visit to this hotel in the last 4 years. Service is always very good and I am always impressed with the English skills of the varies desk clerks. The rooms are always clean and quiet. I do wish there were a few more English TV channels. The restaurant has a nice breakfast buffet and good coffee. The evening menu is very limited but I have never had a bad meal there. The salmorejo is wonderful.

broken AC and seemingly uninterested staff

    rating14 Nov 2025

A non-descript building located in a somewhat isolated place. Chicken went well. And I went to my room, which was rather warm. I set the air conditioning lower and left to go meet with some colleagues. Later I came back in the room was still warm. I contacted the front desk and asked if the air conditioner was working, and they replied yes and they would send somebody up. I then went out to dinner, came back again and it was still gone. The next morning I asked is the air conditioning working and they told me no it was broken in the whole building. Needless to say, the air conditioner was out the entire length of my stay, despite repeated questions as to whether or not it would be fixed, I never had a firm answer. Additionally, there was no discount given, even though the room was subpar due to the fact, there was no air conditioning. It made for multiple uncomfortable night sleeping, the location of the hotel next to the highway, made it impossible to open the window at night. I would recommend looking for the locations. Ramon Troyano, Other at Ac Hotel Sevilla Forum, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay at our hotel.I am very sorry that your stay was not satisfactory, and we fully understand your complaint. It is true that the floods experienced in Seville in recent weeks affected many of our systems, including our ventilation system. We worked throughout last week to resolve the issue without success, which is why we were unable to provide you with a specific answer as we were waiting to see if we could resolve it.I hope to welcome you back in the future should you require our services, so we can provide you with the best possible service and ensure you have a truly pleasant stay.Sincerely,

    Better than Expected

    rating01 Jun 2025

Two good reasons I can think of to stay here: you have a morning flight at the airport and/or you want to earn/burn Marriott points. In our case it was both and for that purpose I have to say it exceeded my admittedly low expectations. The hotel is ideal if you have a car and want a free and convenient place to park it, and take public transit or Uber into the city. For us, we actually walked one way (over an hour and I don't recommend it) because we wanted to get some exercise, and took the bus back, which was a bit slow but cheap and fine. Since virtually all of the more central hotels in Seville are overpriced and usually old and run down, we are used to staying in the outskirts and not willing to deal with driving and parking in the center. The neighborhood was actually surprisingly pleasant. Mostly residential but definitely nicer and slightly more upscale than I expected. Also the nearby highway was not a problem. Not from the hotel (very good soundproofing in the room, with window closed) nor from the neighborhood since it was mostly shielded by a wall. The hotel itself was typical Spanish AC. That means it was not new but contemporary enough, with the typical green sink and marble bathroom I've seen in every AC in Spain. Room was small but clean fake wooden floor and comfortable bed. Definitely tight for a couple for more than one night and barely room to open two suitcases. But the AC worked and it was a functional space as expected. Surprisingly they did have slippers and robes.Breakfast also typical AC and typical Spanish. Basic and very continental, no salad or veggies to speak of, barely any hot food, mostly breads and pastries, meats and cheeses etc. Enough to start the day but I wouldn't pay for it if it wasn't included and I wouldn't shed any tears if you sleep through it or skip it and eat at the airport. The main thing is the value. Our room was under 100 euros a night, for a clean and comfortable space in a relatively modern hotel that is within reach of historic Seville as well as the airport. I consider that a great value and am setting my rating accordingly. I wouldn't stay here more than a night or two but given the attractive rates and decent facilities I think it's a decent option
