This city hotel is situated in the Puerta Real, in the Old Town of Seville, and close to the major tourist attractions. Its location next to Avenida Torneo makes exploring the city of Seville easy, with direct access to the Isla Mágica theme park and to the Isla de la Cartuja technology park. Santa Justa train station is approximately 3.7 km from the hotel and the beach in Matalascañas is around an 80-minute drive. Seville-San Pablo Airport is approximately 8 km from the hotel.

    We stayed for 4 nights in a 2 bed apartment. Really well fitted out and very helpful reception staff. Location is great -a short a walk from the city centre. We should also recommend checking out some of the more local restaurants. Great alternative to a hotel - especially with children. Good supermarket 5 mins away and you can get takeaway delivered as well. Our first visit to Seville. Thought it was a beautiful city and if we return would rebook.

    We've just come back from a 2 night stay in these apartments, very clean and central.The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful, it's about a ten minute walk from the bus station, just put it into Google maps because there are a lot of laneways.Its in walking distance to shops restaurants and a lot of the local attractions.We would definitely stay there again.

    The apartments have absolutely everything you need for your stay. The beds are really comfortable.The apartments are a 10//15 minutes walk to the cathedral and the main strip too. It's nit a bad walk either.There are the 3 stars.However be careful when you use the aircon. Once we realised how this worked it did cool the room down instantly but at a cost. We felt ourselves getting sicker as time went on. Both came home with chest infections and after visiting doctors they told us it will have come from the aircon that has been used but not cleaned in a while.

    We arrived into Seville airport, and took the EA bus to the main terminal at Plaza de Armas, costing 4 euros each. From here it was an easy, 10 minute walk to the apartment, which was all on the flat. Booking in was straight forward, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our ground floor apartment was very well equipped. The lay out worked well for us. The bed and sofa were very comfortable and the shower room was a good size. The kitchen area was very clean and the table and chairs were an added bonus. The fridge had a small freezer compartment, which was useful for when we bought ice cream at the local supermarket. It was an easy walk to all the sights, and we felt we had chosen our accommodation well.

    We were a group of 5 adults who stayed in a two bedroom (a queen bed in one room and two double beds in the other) with a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed that could fit two others. Kitchen was complete with silverware, plates, cups, mugs, pots, pans, an electric kettle and other utensils for cooking your own food. There is also a central air conditioning system for the apartment which cools quite efficiently.We found the entire area spotless with comfortable bedding as well.Definitely were impressed by the service of the front desk staff who were knowledge about the city of Seville and don’t hesitate to offer directions or advice about a Flamenco show or the free walking tour of the town leaving from the cathedral every morning.Parking is a bit tricky because of the narrow streets. May be lucky enough to find free parking on the side of the street or pay €18 for municipal parking.Would highly recommend for those travelers who value independence while on the road, yet are able to find help easily when necessary.
