    We stayed at Azz Sevilla Torre de la Plata Apartments August 31st to September 5th. I would just like to say a massive thank you. Our apartments were amazing, so spacious, clean and very well equipped. We couldn't believe how close we were to the city - it was amazing.I really think the apartments should be 4 star accommodation. If we are to visit Sevilla again we will definatley be back.Thanks once again for a fabulous stay in your beautiful apartment and city.     Rip Off -- Dreadful Experience

    We sent the credit card information and AZZ charged our card for a 4 day stay, but AZZ never sent us the codes for entry into the apartment. When our travel agent (and later Expedia staff) tried to get the codes, they were told that the reservation had been cancelled. AZZ still kept the money; we are now disputing the charge through the credit card company. So we never did actually get to stay there.

    The location is perfect, close to the bus stop coming in from the airport and very central. The apartment was large and well equipped. Overall I would recommend.A couple of very minor issues: integration with hotels.com payment platform was confusing and the travel cot we had requested did not materialise (in fairness we didn't follow-up on this as we arrived late when reception was only available out-of-hours by phone and we felt we could make do without).

    I loved this hotel!!! Our family of 5 is visiting Spain and Portugal, and this hotel was perfect! It could comfortably sleep 5 maybe even 6 people! This hotel was also in a wonderful location, it was right by the river and the tower! The kitchen also had everything you could want in a hotel!
