Location

This modern hotel is located in Seville along the Guadalquivir River, and close to the Isla Magica theme park. The hotel has 12 junior suites, 7 suites and 288 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by 6 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     Room was nice, bathroom needed attention, shower didn’t drain and leaked over bathroom floor.Stayed 3 nights, 2nd night - woken at midnight to a party/ event - ridiculously loud music and shouting, staff’s response at the time was “we know, there’s nothing we can do”. Given a bottle of wine from management, we don’t drink so gave it back to the bar.Bit of a walk from town in the heat with an 8yo, kept getting Uber’s…but frustrating as we stayed further out to avoid city noise and had it anyway.     Super relaxing pool and garden lounge chairs

    I was so extremely surprised by this hotel. It’s out of the center, so it costs you 10€ Uber or 3km walk to the cathédrale. Other than that, our stay has been fantastic. Although it’s a fairly big hotel, it does feel intimate in its setting. The breakfast restaurant is so pleasant near water, relaxed. Various buffets spaces so it doesn’t feel busy at all. The bar outside is lovely at night time. The pool is absolutely fantastic. Very large pool (where kids play) and a smaller adult only pool. Both pools are surrounded by trees, palm trees, and tons of lounge chairs in the grass. What a pleasant experience relaxing outside when the weather was so warm. A special note to the room cleaning service, who was still available to clean our room after 5pm.     We stay her 1 week, for business and some freetime. It is great to be close to the city, and also have the peace and rest of outside the city....takes 5-10 euro to get downtown with the Uber. The location for us was perfect because we like to be out of the city center...
