      Exceptional from location to decor. With all the details for cleaning and cooking, and comfort so you won't want to leave the apartment, including daily cleaning and TV platforms. Beautiful as hell, you would love to have a house like that. Close to everything. There is parking, a Corte Inglés department store, and many cafes at the end of the street.       Reluctantly I have to leave a negative review. The ground floor apartments are unlivable. A strong smell!!!!

      I am very sorry but unfortunately I can not leave a positive review, the smell you can smell in the room is really unbearable. They say that all over the country it’s like this because there’s a bit of rain but I didn’t smell sewer anywhere else. We asked to be able to change rooms but they didn't even consider the request.       We have stayed at Casa Bailen 2 years in a row, The perfect location in the heart of Seville, with amazing rooms and access to the hot tub on the rooftop, we had the pent house room which is available on the top floor with perfect access to the rooftop area with the hot tub, perfect location to stay with friends or a couple. We recommend this apartment 100% if you’re not looking for an all inclusive.

      The apartment is well located, easy access to the modern shopping area and just 10 mins walk from Triana & 15 mins from the Cathedral. Check in is on line with access via a key pad, really easy. The superior 1 bed apartment we had was modern and stylish with good quality linens, a powerful shower and well equiped kitchenette for preparing drinks / breakfast. Ideal for a short stay giving more space and independence than a hotel room. Immaculate lobby / staircase. A great place to stay.
