    $2500 CSD for 4 nights in a room with 2 beds and a cot.

    This hotel cost us $2,500 Canadian for 4 nights. The caregiver for our special needs sun canceled so we brought him to Spain with us. Upon arriving at the hotel the manager told us our room only accommodates two people (Expedia says 3+1) and we need to book a three person room. She also informed us there would be no refund on our first booking as we were canceling on the day of our arrival, so we lost $892 CAD. Tha new 3 bed room cost $1,000 Euros ($1650 CAD)$1650.+$892 =$2542 CAD for 4 nights in a room with 2 beds and a cot. I called Expedia and they weren't any help at all. They said they do not control Hotel pricing. This is my first hotel review. I feel I have no choice but to express how devastated we were by this turn of events. The reception staff showed zero compassion for our situation, offered no alternatives and, in fact, were actually defensive and argumentative. October 2025.

    Wow, I honestly cannot praise this hotel more. It is simply wonderful. I arrived to a warm friendly welcome aroun 8pm, the room was spacious, clean, air conditioned (outside it was still 28 degrees) and perfect. The staff were always so lovely and helpful and smiling. Whether in reception or the rooftop bar. The views from the bar are incredible by the way. The hotel itself is quirky, historic, clean, just fantastic. I loved it here and really hope to go back sometime. Seville is magnificent and for locatoin you couldn't be better placed to explore. The entrance is picturesque too. Genuinely missing it and I recommend it so highly but also in the hope its not full when I want to return. Thank you Hotel Convento La Gloria.

    An authentic and quirky hotel in a great position in the centre of Seville. Our room was on the small side but had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The staff at the hotel were helpful, courteous and friendly. We used the rooftop bar, which felt like it was franchised out, a couple of times. It was well stocked. We eat breakfasts out which was fun. The best place we found was La Mala Brunch in Las Setas. Well worth the 15 minute walk. It opens at 09:00. A good hour earlier than most places in Seville. The only negative about the hotel was the noise. Seville is a noisy city and the hotel is in the middle of all the jolliness. And then a t 9 in the morning the bells start. It didn't really bother us. It kind of fitted. We enjoyed our 3 night stay and would recommend this establishment.

    Beautiful traditional hotel full of surprises

    Fantastic hotel, used to be a convent and has kept many of the attributes of the original convent. Very friendly staff. Great room (although very small - as it clearly used to be a Nun's room). Good bathroom and clean towels and linen. Awesome find was the rooftop bar where we enjoyed tapas and wine on our first evening. Things to note: rooftop bar is closed on a Monday.

    Amazing hotel very central, clean and friendly staff

    Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and was pleasant stay. Location was absolutely great and I was just walk away from everything in Seville. Room was nice and clean. As it's historic building in centre had beautiful court yards and lots if character and culture. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Roof terasse bar was amazing with breathtaking view of Cathedral as well as sunset. Waiters in bar where attentive and friendly. All in all I would definitely come back and stay with my daughter next time we come to Seville.
