Location

This hotel is located in the city centre, just a few minutes from the historical centre and the famous neighbourhood of Santa Cruz. It lies 700 m from the cathedral, 750 m from the Reales Alcazares, 900 m from the Torre del Oro, 1.2 km from the La Maestranza Plaza de Toros, 1.5 km from the Museo de Bellas Artes and just over 10 minutes from Santa Justa train station. The beach at Huelva-Cadiz is an hour's drive and it is 2 hours by car to the Sierra Nevada ski region. The hotel is 10 km from Seville Airport.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 11 junior suites, 4 suites and 35 double rooms located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     We had a wonderful two nights basking in the splendour of all the beauty Seville can offer The hotel was exceptional as were the staff lead by the reception staff we dealt with Beatrix and MarinaThe Rooms had an authentic beauty about them as did the lobby and restaurant and the whole team were very accommodating noting we had a late flight.     Top notch beautiful hotel

    This is a beautiful hotel. The lobby area, restaurant (inside and outside garden) are top notch. The room was nice although the huge tub took up a lot of room and crowded the shower area. The staff was AAA+++. Incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Paula at the concierge desk. She was wonderful! The breakfast buffet was top notch. The location of the hotel is very good. Walking distance to many places of interest. Upstairs bar/pool area is really nice although the hot tub wasn't working. I highly recommend this hotel.     Did we have the worst room in the whole establishment?

    After we were canceled out of Hotel of Alfonso, presumably for "remodeling" but undoubtedly to make room for all the important people attending the Netflix premier activity of "Berlin," we booked our room here, which apparently is under the same owner. I don't know why we always have the worst luck. Believe me we did not get any room like any one you see on the website. We actually had to enter our room from a back exit door from the bar. It was a very cramped room with a view to a corner of the court yard, if you strain your neck and squint your eyes. If this building used to be a palace, I am sure we had the servant's quarter. Every time our upstair neighbor used the plumbing we hear the ebb and flow. Speaking of plumbing, our shower drain was not fully draining and threatened to flood the room. Also, we were literally next to the "wellness" area, and we shared same bleach filled air. This is not to say we didn't have the best amenities and the the staff was top notch. Special kudos to the nice young who helped us check out and move out for an early train ride. And the place is easily walkable to the top attactions in town.
