  Terrible experience.Paid high price for special trip with mam and sister, 3 bed duplex. Main atrraction was rooftop pool and terrace for 30degree weather.Pool and terrace closed. Lots of broken and faulty items, lift, exit door, bathroom door, one sunlounger in a 3 bed apartment, which ripped and my mother fell right through. No management response despite being told they would be back Monday (none there at weekends) No response from them despite multiple messages. Completely ignored. We checked out early as whole experience totally ruined our holidays and was far from what was advertised and paid big money for. Save your money and go elsewhere.I have never left a review but no other option as they ignore any attempt to communicate. Ruined my sister's 40th birthday and cost us alot of money to have to check out early but we could not stay there, not fit for purpose.

  Awful experience and the pool is not functioning. Bed sheets were dirty and service provided was very poor. Customer service is rude and dont communicate clearly. I would not recommend this to anyone travelling to Seville.

  Overall, we would probably book elsewhere if we decided to go back and would recommend others do too.The apartment needs some attention, kitchen flooring is broken, the shower water pressure is very very poor & you cannot have 2 showers at the same time as one person is then in freezing cold water. They expect you to clean the apartment & empty the bins when you - why? They have cleaners that go in!? They left 1 dishwasher tablet and 2 bin liners. If they expect cleaning to be done they should have a little starter pack - fairy liquid, cloths, tea towels. There wasn't any of that. One of us had holes in our towels. We did get a replacement. It cost 50 euro's each per night, it is not good value for money. The receptionist was just so rude and not friendly at all. We actually had to leave our bags in another apartment hotel down the road, the lady there was LOVELY! The pool on that roof wasn't as well appointed however. The pool was lovely & they have nice padded sun loungers so that was great!! Location - you are a good 35-40 minute walk to La Plaza, and probably the same to the bull ring, however the Cathedral etc was a 20 minute walk.

  Very disappointing apartment in Seville

  I was very disappointed with the apartment as it didn't live up to the photos provided on the website. The apartment was very tired looking and extremely basic. Although there was a dishwasher and washing machine, there were no tablets provided for their use. There was a mini bottle of washing up liquid provided and a cloth - but not a tea towel. The TV had no signal and the Aircon was extremely noisy and woke me up several times during my stay. One of the slats on the kitchen floor was not fixed properly and kept moving - quite dangerous. Even the pool area looked nothing like the photos - they had obviously been taken when the apartment block was newly built. And it was tiny - more like a plunge pool. The reception was only open once during our stay which meant we had to pick up the keys from a sister hotel. I may have been happier if the apartment had been more central but it was at least a 30 minute walk to anything if interest. On the positive side the beds were comfortable and the apartment was reasonably clean.

  Promising but very disappointing

  There are a number of issues that needed addressing in this apartment.We were not very happy with the state of the apartment 205 but we did not stay long enough to move rooms. We reported all the issues to the reception and they said this wasn’t normal but going on the age of most of the faults we didn’t want to be moved to another room with the same or similar issues. They didn’t put a hold on our card for damage as it was clear we were not happy.These issues had all clearly been present for a long time and became more apparent when we started to try to cook and clean clothes after a long day walking around the city.1. The tap in the kitchen was not fixed to the counter top (This was repaired during out stay)2. ⁠The only available power socket comes off the wall in the kitchen when appliances are unplugged.3. ⁠The tumble dryer function didn't work. (We have stayed in other apartments with the same model in Granda where this did work)4. ⁠The freezer draws and doors for the draws were frozen shut and damaged..5. ⁠The microwave is missing the spindle so the plate didn’t turn.6. ⁠The floor moves in front of the washing machine from previous water damage and almost has caused me to slip over when it moved.7. ⁠Generally the apartment didn’t appear to have been cleaned. The dishwasher hadn’t been emptied and had unclean cups plates and cutlery from previous guest.8. ⁠The hygiene was very poor and there was hair in the bathroom and shower and grime and slime on floor owing to poor drainage.9. ⁠The slime and grime on the floor in the shower caused my 3 year old daughter to slip.10. The sun beds outside had broken hinges.11. The clothes drying rack had missing or broken hangers so could only dry some of the clothes that the broken tumble dryer didn't.We were massively disappointed.
