  This hotel is situated next to the church and monastery on the square. The rooms are all individual and ours had twin beds with a good sized bathroom with overbath shower. The heating was sufficient to keep us warm. The food was very good, tapas followed by a main course of meat/fish, depending on the day. The staff were friendly and helpful despite our poor Spanish.

  Perfect emplacement surrounded by Collegiate and Monastery which is seen lit up at night from the wonderful terrace and pool area. Staff attentive and helpful. Restaurant on terrace closed due to Covid. Be aware that the tranquility of the place will not be the same when it reopens. Beds super comfortable and rooms very clean. Some refurbishing need to be done but adds to the historic feeling of the place. I completely recommend this place. There is a local bar in front that has a rooftop for sunsets and a very good restaurant 200m down the road.

  Overall enjoyed staying at this hotel. Our room was amazing and we had a fantastic view of the town and all the sites . The room was very spacious with a great terrace and very clean . We had dinner in the hotel and whilst the food was nice we thought the restaurant let down the hotel in so much there was only one member of staff serving and one cooking and had a number of non hotel quests eating doing the “ tapas trail “. This meant all a bit frantic and not really the best ambience and service you would expect from the hotel . Why not put on extra staff and make sure both hotel and outside quests are served without it seeing like just “ another bar/restaurant.   Pretty but poorly-run hotel (the restaurant is good)

  The building is beautiful, but the operation is not. Biggest deception (travelling with children): the swimming pool, apparently in beautiful condition, was "closed for maintenance." We had walked the 20 minutes uphill from the train station with our luggage in 26° weather... imagine the disappointment!The staff was courteous in the evening, genuinely pleasant in the morning, but it doesn't make up for the lack of attention to detail: room descriptions inaccurate, otherwise beautiful terrace (and other public spaces) filled with detritus from previous events, plus the inexplicably closed pool... The mini fridge in the room (unplugged when we arrived) made a lot of fan noise, but didn't actually cool anything.The restaurant was excellent, but the one (oversolicited) waiter couldn't keep up: we waited 30 minutes for dessert, for instance. We were in good company, no one really minded... but I finally got up and chased him across the room to place the order.Overall, just seemed to be badly run.   The photos posted don’t show how quaint this property is. It truly is a cozy getaway. We have driven past Osuna many times on our way from Malaga to Sevilla. It is easy to access from the Autovia. Osuna has quite a bit to offer. We had dinner on Calle San Pedro, and walked through El Coto Las Canteras. Both were very interesting. Apparently, the chapel at Colegiata de Osuna is only available from Thursday to Sunday. We missed that, and the Monasterio which was also closed. We will swing by sometime and see both as they are supposed to be quite nice. The property itself is quaint, decorated very nicely and maintained well. Be prepared for lots of steps. We got a very nice room (501) with a large terrace overlooking the pool and dining area. The property is adjacent to the university and Monasterio. Free parking was ample. The staff was very friendly.
