    worse hostel in my life!!!!!

    My name is Hanna and Im a PhD student from Ulisboa. Went to spend the weekend in sevilla and had the worse experience in my life. The staff from the night, tall man with white hair was very aggressive to me saying that I was in the system and I payed 2 nights in advance. I tried to talk and explain and he said didnt care and said that if a started complaining he would call the police. Im 37 i do everything right in my life and never someone treated me like that. After 2 hours checking the system que allowed me to go up. Girls, please dont stay in this place. Its not safe. And the boss didn't even apologize for that. I left my number to him and didnt receive any message taking any action. He only cares fir money and business. So please, be careful and dont stay in this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Spent my worst night in a hostel

    I was staying there for a night in a 8 bedroom room. That was pretty small, noisy room, looking to a noisy street, bathroom and toilet inside of the room, metalic beds making noise too.. how can one sleep like this??I also was charged 2 euro to park my bycicle inside.. happend to me first time in my life, and i am traveling a lot.. the shower was nice, but i couldn't sleep..

    One of the worst experiences I ever had in hostels.When I arrived, left my backpack in the room and went to walk around the city.When I arrived, they had changed my room by mistake and gave it to someone else with my things there.Air conditioner working to cold air in a cold night, made me wake up all night to turn it off while someone was turning it on.Bathroom full of towels around. HostelA2C, Recepcionista at Hostel A2C, responded to this review Hello, First of all we are sorry to read about your bad experience with us.We apologize because of the mistake with yout backpack, it's unsual in our hostel but mistakes can be made.About the air conditioner someone must have changed it to cold because in winter the ac is always on hot. These kind of things are out of our control, is more about the behaviour of the others guests, as same as the towels. Not all the people are as respectfull as we want them to be. Anyway, we have 24 hours reception so in case that you have some problem with other guest or the ac you are free to ask for help.Thank you.Best regards,the reception team.

    i paid 16€ a night for a 4 beds room during junethe room and bathroom were cleanthe breakfast was goodsome good restaurants are around15 mins walk to the shopping shopsit miss a bit the hostel vibes

    The rooms are spacious and everything was clean.Unlike the most of hostels, there is a restroom in every room and not just one in the hallway. The staff was always avaible and kind. The location of the hostel is in a really nice neighbourhood and it is also really close to the center of the city.
