We were group of four, and we stayed for two nights. In our opinion, this is an average hotel that does not deserve four stars. When we arrived there was no complimentary drink/water in the room and the window could not be opened. The tv set was minor (looked like a tiy desktop monitor). The bed and the pillow were uncomfortable. Bathroom lacked shampoo. Breakfast was the worst breakfast buffet (poor in quantity and quality-no brown bread!!!, no croisant!!!, no yogurt!!!, no cucumbers!!!, no boiled eggs!!!?, etc) I ever had.

Good hotel let down by location

Stayed here recently and all in all it was a decent place, not much storage in the rooms but beds were comfortable and everything else was fine. Breakfast was nice too.My biggest issue with this hotel was the area, we unfortunately got bad weather during our stay and one day got soaking wet in the city. However it took us almost an hour to get back to the hotel to get fresh clothes using public transport.It’s a good Hotel but it’s just too far from the centre, shame really

Worst hotel we stayed in while traveling Spain!

The worst hotel we stayed in while traveling Spain. This is a high rise hotel with two elevators that operated poorly, you would need to be ready a full 15 minutes early to make to the lobby. There was zero decoration on any of the floors, our room was stark, the lobby looked bare and awful with two non working vending machines. If you stood and waited on the elevator the hall would go dark within 60 seconds, and the stairwells looked like they came from a parking garage. Breakfast was the worst breakfast buffet we had on our entire 18 day trip. I really have no good things to report about this hotel.

This was a great hotel. Clean and tidy with a basic correct breakfast not much else you can really ask for. The only let down was the last day with lift issues. But this is what happens when they work with mundiplan o mundosenior. Staff where always very pleasant. Use your bank card for the metro much cheaper

Hotel is very nice, the stuff is kind. Breakfast is good with lot of options. The only thing we didn't like is 24 degrees in the room without possibility to open the window?!?! Wi fi was very good the first day, the second one not. I'd also suggest toilette brush and hand holder in the shower. Photos of it on the web are the same as in the reality. It is also few steps from metro station, which was great thing when going to the city center.
