  Little bit small but clean and functional and good location

  We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults 2 teenagers). The apartment was a bit on the small side and probably might have been too small for 4 adults but is excellent value for money. We paid about €40 per night so can’t complain. The only real issue was that 2 of the beds were on the mezzanine, i’m only 5 foot 3 and couldn’t stand upright up there, it wasn’t too bad for me but my husband is 6 foot 4 so couldn’t use the space for anything but sleeping (and going to the loo in the night down the ‘bookcase’ steps after a couple of wines was an experience)! The other bed was a sofa that makes into a double bed in the living room. The wardrobe was downstairs in the hall, and impossible to dress on the mezzanine due to ceiling height-so might be an issue with privacy if went with friends rather than family.All that said, the apartment is well equipped, clean and in a good location, and it has air conditioning.The supermarket is 2 min walk and lots of reasonably priced restaurants and bars nearby. It’s about a 10 minute walk into the heart of Seville.There is also a large communal roof terrace with a shower which was fantastic in the August heat.There is no oven but a hob, microwave and large fridge freezer, and a large bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath (a hairdryer was provided). There is not a daily cleaning service and you are expected to take your rubbish to communal bins in the street.The towels and sheets were changed after 4 days (which I was pleasantly surprised at as have stayed in similar apartments for a week with no cleaning or change of towels at all)There is no reception so if you need anything you need to ring the tel no provided, but in the case of a problem (was a power cut whilst we were there) staff arrived within about 10 min. Check in is 4pm and check out is 12 but we arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags (just email or ring beforehand to arrange). Staff were very helpful.All in all, although compact, good value for money in a good location, with a great roof terrace.

  The apartment is within walking distance of all the major sites. It's in a great location . Good selection of supermarkets, eateries and shopping areas nearby- you cannot fault it. The apartment itself is functionable for two people. Spacious, clean and private. There is a roof top garden which we didn't get a chance to try as we were only there for a few nights. The coffee percolator was missing and the owners kindly bought us a new one. The only negative we saw was that the apartment could do with a few more practical utensils - for example there weren't enough pans, knifes weren't sharp enough, not enough bowls. Just needs to be better equipped otherwise it's perfect. We'll definitely be trying the other life apartments. Please equip them better though. Thank you.

  Reasonable location with a few drawbacks

  The apartment was in a reasonable location - about five minutes walk from the Setas and 15 minutes from the cathedral, etc. There were plenty of places with a few minutes to eat and drink. There were also supermarkets very close.The apartment was clean and with modern furniture and fittings. However, our apartment had a "loft" as the principal bedroom - the room originally had a very high ceiling and an additional floor has been built. Access is via a steep and somewhat treacherous set of "stairs", which, from the side, looks like a modern display case! The "room" itself has a very low ceiling - less that five feet from floor to ceiling, which makes it somewhat difficult to walk around! The beds were comfortable.The bathroom is a good size with a bath and, originally, a shower over the bath. However, the shower has clearly fallen off the wall and now has to be hand-held, which is not ideal! All of the rest of the facilities are fine. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an electric hob, a kettle, plenty of saucepans, etc. All fine!We arrived about an hour later than we had thought (thanks, BA!), after the indicated closure of reception. However, we were greeted by a very helpful young man who stayed for some time after we had arrived and was available to answer questions about the facilities. He also presented us with a street plan and showed us where the various attractions were. Very helpful!When it was time to leave, we had arranged that he would attend (reception is not manned most of the time) at midday and look after our bags until it was time to leave for the airport. However, he did not attend. We were only able to contact reception because a cleaner had arrived and she was able to help us out (our phones didn't work, for some reason!). This solved the problem and everything else went smoothly.We very much enjoyed Seville and the flat was OK but could (and should) have been better.   Very Delightful Apartment.

  We (3 adults - 1 couple and a friend) stayed in the ground floor apartment of this recently modernised Apartment Building which consisted of a large double bedroom, and a large lounge with a Sofa bed, kitchen/diner under a mezzanine which had twin beds. This apartment was absolutely perfect for us as we are in our early 70's but very active and our friend in her late 50's who used the mezzanine which is a little short on headroom but not enough to be a problem. We spent 4 nights here as we had plans to visit as many of the attractions of this beautiful city as possible. It is situated right in the heart of the city and close enough to walk to most places. it is about 10-15 minutes from the cathedral. The roof terrace which is covered in AstroTurf is a pleasant place to spend the evening with a few glasses of wine or a beer after a day's sightseeing. A couple of minutes away there is a stop for the open top tour buses which is a good way to see more of the city. Brochures and maps for this and many other attractions were provided at the apartment. Our journey to Seville was by the Alsa Supra Bus from Granada and the bus station is about a 15 minute walk or at the time of writing about a 6 euro taxi ride. We would try to book this apartment if we ever come back to Seville.   A lovely apartment

  We (four adults - 2 couples) stayed in an impeccably clean and attractive first-floor apartment for 3 nights in April 2013 and loved it. We were met at the apartment by Eva, who was very friendly, welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home straight away. She gave us a map and marked places on it for us. The sleeping arrangements made very good use of the space, with a big sofa bed in the living room, and 2 comfortable single beds on a mezzanine floor above the kitchen area, (not suitable for very young children as the railings are open). I loved the cleverly designed 'staircase' up to the mezzanine, which doubled as shelves/bookcases - it made the steep upward angle quite easy to climb, with a good hand rail. There is a big cupboard in the entrance hall for luggage, a roomy bathroom, and a roof top terrace. The whole place had a really pleasant ambiance and was well equipped with everything we needed. We were impressed with the value for money as it worked out at under 50.00 Euros per couple per night. You do need to be compatible if more than one couple as the sleeping areas are open to each other (the mezzanine overlooks the sofa bed) and you do need to be able to cope with the stairs up to the apartment but these were not steep. The apartment is in a great position for visiting many shops and sights, and the car-parking building is about 5 minutes walk away. we were able to park the car long enough to unload luggage in the narrow one-way street - a car came up behind us but didn't seem worried about waiting for a few minutes and it's a quiet street. The ground-floor entry hall of the building is delightfully furnished. We hope and plan to stay there again one day!
