  Just returned from a fab week in Seville staying at the Life Apartments Alberto Lista.There was good communication with the company prior to us travelling regarding our requirements.We were met at the apartment by Jose who showed us around the apartment and explained everything to us.Jose also gave us some excellent recommendations of where to visit and some great Tapas bars to eat at.The apartment was clean and well presented and equipped for our stay.The Alberto Lista is very well located for all the main attractions to visit on foot, with some good bars and supermarkets close by.I would definitely recommend using the apartment and hope to visit Seville again.Thank you Jose and Life Apartments for looking after us.   great apartment on 3rd floor. 2 bed 2 bathroom. large private roof terrace with this flat. easy to walk to nearby attractions. photo shows view from roof terrace. Terrace is L shaped so can sit in both sun and shade all day long.

  Hard to find but comfortable

  When we finally found this place we were very tired but we brightened up when seeing the spaciousness of it. If driving a rental car, there is no parking close by so you have to walk quite a ways to find parking and then it is expensive so renting a car is not recommended. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to cook with. I would have preferred it to be a little closer to the Reales Alcazar since I am a senior but it was walkable.   Well placed apartments, easier to find than the map suggests.

  We stayed at this apartment for four nights early November 2017. Comfortable, well equipped and close to enough to many attractions that Seville has to offer. We used public bus service to get there from the airport and then downloaded an app for a local "Uber" type taxi for the return journey. The taxi arrived at the apartment on time and got us to the airport for a very reasonable fee. The area around Alberta Lista is a great place to spend a few days, or even a few weeks explorinf and enjoying the culture of one of Spain's great cities.   Stayed 4-nights in their ground floor apartment during February. Clean and tidy 2-bedroom apartment adjoining the foyer. Wish we had stayed in an upper level apartment as guests coming in and out tended to loiter and chat in the foyer, which was clearly audible in our apartment, especially during late nights. Street level noise was also loud, but this was only during the day when we were mostly outside. In the evenings it's a quiet street. Hot water tank capacity was too small for 4-adults and 2-teenagers, maybe this was just our apartment. Two would need to shower in the evening while the other two showered in the morning. Shower drainage was poor. Apart from these, the apartment is located in the historical part of town, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and main tourist attractions. The building itself is obviously historic and well renovated, having retained much of its character and charm and blending in well with surrounding buildings. A walking tour group even stopped in front of our apartment to admire and talk about the building. Maybe the compendium book should include a brief history of the building.
