Location

The hotel is conveniently located in a very active and dynamic area full of shops, shopping centres, cinemas and restaurants for visitors to enjoy their leisure time. It is close to the most important monuments and tourist attractions of the symbolic city within just a few steps. The hotel is the closest to the station Santa Justa (AVE terminal), and one of the closest hotels to the International Airport San Pablo and the Palacio de Congresos, with excellent public transport connections.

Facility

The hotel has 15 suites and 226 double rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Amazing breakfast and restaurant!

    Truly a great experience staying here! We lost our luggage on the flight, and the hotel staff was so accommodating to help us out. Everyone was very friendly. The small cafe and pastries in the lobby was amazing. I could have eaten breakfast there every morning and still wouldn’t mind coming back later in the day for a snack! I don’t remember the name of the main restaurant, but it might have been the best meal on our trip, and we went to some really great restaurants. The Iberian pork was amazing. The service is slower than you might be used to in America, but it really is a cultural thing. Nobody seems to be in a rush to get through a meal. Enjoy the meal and take time to talk. There was a really good singer at the time we ate too. Such a great experience staying here.     We were two couples visiting the hotel for the first time and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made a fantastic impression — the reception, café, bar area, and restaurant all looked stylish and inviting.As we arrived before our rooms were ready, we had sensibly packed our swimwear for easy access. Our first stop was the café, where we enjoyed excellent coffee and some truly delicious pastries. Afterwards, we headed to the pool area and were lucky enough to find four sunbeds together. While the pool itself never felt overcrowded, the sunbeds were definitely in high demand.We visited the pool food area on three separate days, and I ended up ordering the tuna poke bowl every single time because it was absolutely superb. The only slight criticism of the pool area is that it perhaps felt a little small considering the size of the hotel and number of guests.Breakfast, however, was an absolute highlight. The hotel clearly takes pride in its coffee offering, with a dedicated barista serving excellent fresh coffee, alongside readily available filter coffee and pod machines. There was also a chef preparing fresh omelettes along with fried and poached eggs to order.     Great Hotel, Fabulous Staff

    We stayed at the hotel for four nights in early May and had a double room overlooking the pool area. The airport bus dropped us just across the road. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived - all the staff without exception were extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The room was modest in size but had everything you need although some instructions on how to use the over complicated safe would have been useful! There are USB ports built into the sockets behind the huge bedside lights which are not immediately obvious. Wifi password on the TV welcome screen. The bed was extremely comfortable and sound proofing excellent. Breakfast was very good with an excellent choice. Dinner menu was also worth trying and very well priced compared to the UK….menu on the hotel website if you want to do some advanced homework. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk to the centre but we would recommend the tram which is only five minutes away and takes you all the way to the Cathedral for a very modest 1.4 euros…buy a ticket from the machine at the stop if you want easy proof of purchase! Cheap tourist tickets are available if you plan to use it a few times. Overall the hotel was hard to fault..a great stay!
