    Such a great hotel. The staff is excellent and always helpful with: restaurant recommendations, directions and cab contact. Our room was great and the area is quiet at night. About 2 blocks south of Alfalfa Plaza almost all sites are walkable from the hotel. There is a laundry mat across the street that is very convenient for travelers (no detergent necessary- provided) and a great little bodega with all sorts of necessities.     Great hotel in Santa Cruz with beautiful inner yard and amazing staff! We got a map with circled recommendations of landmarks and food options from Amina, and none of the recommendations have ever failed us. For our first lunch in Seville we, unfortunately, went with the strong ChatGPT recommendation and we ended up being both disappointed and scammed. After that lesson we only stuck by the hotel staff recommendations and we had a great time in Seville. Staying at this hotel and having met their amazing staff shaped our awesome Seville experience.     I had a wonderful stay at Petit Palace Santa Cruz in Seville. The location was perfect for exploring the city, especially the beautiful Santa Cruz neighborhood.Amina at the front desk was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She gave great recommendations for places to visit, she helped with booking tours, and amazing restaurants to try, which made my experience even better.My room was perfect.     Good size rooms, we couldn’t work the safe initially and mentioned it to receptionist who sent someone up to sort within five minutes. Likewise our friends bathroom window wouldn’t shut properly and within ten minutes of reporting it the matter was sorted. Attentative , polite and friendly staff.
