  Hotel Resitur is probably as good as a 3 star will be. We arrived late at night & there was no problems with checkin. All the staff that we met were friendly & helpful. The room was cleaned daily & the bed was comfortable though extra pillows would have been good.Towels were a little threadbare & need to be replaced and the air conditioning was very noisy for the few minutes that we had it switched on. The building could do with some soundproofing as noise from next door apartments & corridors was quite loud. The shower was in the bath but it did have good water pressure. A very small kitchenette which we didn't use except for the fridge. Location is good, right on the edge of Triana and about 10 - 15 mins walk from the cathedral & also a Mercadona on the ground floor. Overall, I'd say that it was clean & conveniently located & good for a short city break on a budget.

  Excellent budget choice

  The hotel is a short walk across the Puente de San Telmo, just by the Torre del Oro where the airport bus stops. We advised them of our arrival time and the room was ready for us before the stated check-in time. We had also asked for a quiet room and we got one. We had read that the beds are firm, and they were, and we took our own pillows due to previous reviews! We also took our own cups, teaspoons, coffee, tea bags and sugar and bought milk from the Mercadona next door. The fridge was cold enough to keep perishables and we used the saucepan to boil the water. The air con and everything in the bathroom worked as it should with good water pressure. If some rooms smell of smoke, it is only because guests smoke out of the windows, as we witnessed ourselves. The room was cleaned every day and the reception staff were happy to print out our boarding passes.We paid less than €130 for 3 nights a short stroll from the centre of Seville. Totally satisfied.

  buenos educados trabajadores para un sitio muy deficiente

  Lugar básico y algo cutre para ser un apartamento. Tenía dos platos medianos, dos vasos,una taza sin platito y otra con.No hay jabón para lavar menaje y no paños de cocina.No. tiene salida de humos la cocina. No cafetera de ninguna a clase y no tostador. Parece una tienda de campaña. Muy deficiente. Otra cosa fuera de lugar es que te engañan con la red wifi, yaque no funciona. Es una calidad este apartamento para lo que te ofertan y no tiene.r a españolBasic and somewhat seedy place to be an apartment. It had two medium plates, two glasses, a cup without a dish and another with. There is no soap for washing utensils and no kitchen cloths. No coffee maker of any kind and no toaster. It looks like a tent. Very poor. Another thing out of place is that they cheat you with the wifi network, because it does not work. This apartment is a quality for what they offer and does not have.A deceptive apartment without qualities only a few disappointed and helpful educators and help you in everything you can be in your hand.

  There is nothing elegant about these apartments

  Five nights in Seville deserved a decent place to stay so I booked an apartment at Resitur in the Triana district of Seville. The Resitur seems to be run by youngish men, I never once saw a woman behind the desk. The apartments are very tired, and in need of a really good clean and polish. When I asked to use an iron I was told to send my washing to their laundry. The concept of ironing seemed to be beyond them. Another day I returned to find a cigarette case sitting on the hand basin beside my toilet. I do not smoke! When I took them down to reception the chap simply shrugged and said he would return them to his colleague. So if you’re a smoker and want a good location try them out but I won’t be returning.

  Spent four days in beautiful Seville visiting niece. Apartment was basic but comfy and clean. Downside was a lack of utensils and no kettle. Staff were helpful. Just a short walk to all the things you need to see.Would stay again.
