    Great service from front desk - especially employee from Senegal

    The man on the front desk from Senegal was lovely and provided great customer service. He went over an above to make sure me and my mum had a great stay. He helped my mother when she had a stomach flu by giving her water. He woke up early to help us store our bags. He was kind and helpful.The accomodation is basic, but the people who have reviewed are not considering the price and location. You cannot expect luxury when you opt for a budget option. The beds were comfy and the air con heater worked

    Great little hostal, pleasant staff too. Kitchen facilities and the use of the outside courtyard that we used to chill and eat was nice. Location was ideal if you don't mind the short walk into the center (about 10 minutes).

    I was there with my boyfriend for 6 nights and it was a fantastic adventure. The roomes where clean and the bathrooms, too. (Hostel owners can not help it if the residents leave the toilet indecently sometimes..) It was our first time sleeping in a shared bedroom but it was nice and I will come back! The atmosphere in the hostel was very open, familiar and friendly. I spent several hours a day there because it has a nice terrace and a small and cozy courtyard. The hostel owners are also very helpful. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can cook with pleasure.

    wifi doesn't work, every place from the common areas to the rooms smells, during the night is usually noisy... and it is full of cockroaches. nobody cleans the common fridges, so they are full of rotten food.the staff is never available and unpolite.on the good side the location is very good.

    The Italian lady at the reception was amazing. Breakfast was good. But that's all. I don't mind small rooms with a lot of beds, but... I mind the dirt. Yes, the room was very dirty, foreign people was sleeping in my friends' beds and most of all, there were BED BUGS!!! When I told the staff, they apologized and let us wash all our clothes and said they will close the room - but they did not, later that day, I went back to the room to pick up some stuff and there were new people sleeping in that room. Anyway, we got a new room with very dirty bathroom full of bug nests and the pillow I got was dirty, smelly and full of hair (yes, short black disgusting hair). Worst hostel experience so far.
