  Not great and no where near Seville never go here

  Location, needed a taxi .€8 to get to metro. Metro amazing value. Miles from Seville. No atmosphere at all. Beds hard like sleeping in the road. Kitchen stuff old, 3 of everything but nothing useful. Staff at times very rude. Telephone/room service not working. Coffee machine had to be repaired, charged €2.50 for two tiny coffee pods and two milk pods…. No bar everything in a machine at top cost. Photos make it look wonderful but it’s old, bathroom had yellow staining round the pan, the shower tray was vile round the edges, not much to say that’s nice except the Asian receptionist was lovely, so helpful. Towels left in shower tray should he changed, but we’re not, I had to speak to the manager, she got clean towels and coffee machine fixed, but no phone so had to run up and down stairs to get stuff done. One change of towels in 4 days….   This hotel has the potential to be very nice but management has obviously cut corners to the point of dire negligence, not making any effort to maintain an acceptable level of comfort and aesthetic. Whilst clean, it couldn't cover up for the stained bed covers, mould spots in the shower and chipped handles and skirtboards. Nor the mean and useless kitchen inventory. (coffee jug no lid) tiny cups no mugs, no coffee maker unless complaint to reception. Its marble floor needed grouting and polishing and the view to the pool from the balcony is of a pile of uncovered rubble. The walls are like paper and kids were allowed to run up and down the corridors at 11pm making sleep impossible on top of the noisy croaking of the ac. The tv didn't work and the man came to fix was unfriendly with paint on his outfit almost deliberately shabby. Some staff are friendly, but there were one or too who clearly have no hotel training, were frankly rude and should not be on front desk.The bed covers were so old, pretty disgusting with stains which made it very unpleasant to sleep in.I wish these places would not misrepresent what they are, and that is definitely not a hotel I would recommend to anyone except for the very nice area it is in.

  Rotten fruit and closed swimmingpool without warning

  Very bad experience! The hotel did not inform that the swimmingpool was closed, even though it was ready to be opened. All the group of 50 people were ready to enjoy the pool and it was denied. Also, very unhelpful and unfrienfly staff.Lastly, they presented rotten fruit at dinner time. Never again!!!

  Quite disappointing. We booked this hotel in Sevilla because of the pool, which was closed while it is 30/35 degrees Celsius during our stay. On the website it is mentioned that the pool is open seasonally, which in my opinion should be now with this temperature. If you want to enjoy a pool go in the centre, because they are open there. For the rest, clean place. Had to take taxi’s however to go to the centre.

  Listless personal, dirty and old rooms, broken stuff, pool, bar and some beds (not all) are best things from my experience

  Dont believe in photos you will see about this hotel...-in 5 days of my stay you won't believe but I changed 3 rooms ! Because "room is booked for more days for other people". I can to visit my father who is working in Seville so you can imagine the amount of stuff I needed to take with me every time I changed the room... - 1st room was the best of 3 rooms, but it smelled like old and dirty, walls are dirty, a lot of bugs running in the floor and walls. I wanted to take a bath but guess what, I found a lot of hair in it, rest of soap and shampoo from other clients, shower didnt worked well too. Not enough light at night in the room, outlets (most of them ) are not working. Only things I found great were the bed (comfortable and soft ) and conditioner that saves from this hell of weather (warm and hot) -2nd almost the same, cleaning was not the best, woman in reception looks friendly and kind but when it comes to solve problems she will be stubborn and straight. Did you hear about "client is always right "? Well. Probably they didnt, my and my father's satisfaction are not in the 1st line.-3rd room for now (about cleaning) is nice, smells like clean, bathroom scared me a little bit because of the non-existence of bathtub, it's all equipped for people with difficulties and only poor thing that put shower apart from toilet is a curtain.+when I needed to transfer all the stuff from room to room nobody told me that they have a special car for that... only one maid probably felt sorry for my "walking " there around and told me about it.CONCLUSION: listless personal, most of rooms are dirty and uncomfortable, the pool is okay, bar next to pool also, maids I think are not guilty about the dirt because personal only give them 30 min for cleaning, need to be fixed a lot of things and personal need to pay more attention to needs of their clients and their rooms or people just stop choosing their hotel.
