    The TOC properties are generally well managed and supported by competent staff across multiple locations.I had an experience (18-19 December) at TOC Barcelona that no one should ever have to go through- an intern, ALI DAOOD, engaged in deeply inappropriate and alarming behaviour. This included making sexual propositions and unlawfully entering my private room without consent by manipulating the door lock. After being confronted, he re-entered the room using the same method and only left when I mentioned that CCTV footage would have recorded his actions. Such behaviour is entirely unacceptable and represents a serious breach of guest safety. No accommodation provider should tolerate conditions that place guests’ personal security at risk.I reached out to TOC Sevilla on 24 December and their professional intervention on this matter enforced SOPs for TOC Barcelona.Additionally, TOC Sevilla merits special commendation. On Christmas Eve, when no food outlets were available, MARIA went out of her way to assist me personally. Her thoughtfulness and initiative exemplified genuine hospitality and sincere care for guests.     Ideal base in the centre of Seville

    The Hostel is within a stone's throw of the Cathedral and the Alcazar, and perfect for a first-time visit to the city. As a family of four, we stayed in a prviate room on the top floor - we paid a little extra for a balcony and it was worth it with glorious views across the city. The room was clean and spacious enough, with an ensuite shower and separate toilet, and efficient air conditioning. Breakfast was in the cafe on the ground floor and offered cereal, fruit juice, crossiant, filled roll, tea/coffee and fresh fruit at a price that couldn't be beaten. The staff were friendly and very helpful. As a hostel goes, it was quiet which suited us perfectly. Would gladly stay again if ever back in the city.     Exceptional hostel 💯

    Amazing hostel with everything you need, even the smallest and simplest details are available like a socket inside the locker to charge your electronics while you’re away but also keeping them safe and hidden inside the locker and an extra locker on floor zero to store your luggage (that doesn’t fit in the locker inside the room). But they also didn’t forget the basics like a comfortable mattress, hair dryer, a towel, …etc. Only one thing that was a bit annoying is the light in the bathroom and the sink area. It’s automatic and it turns off every couple of seconds and you have to move everytime for it to turn on again. It’s even more annoying when you’re inside the toilet and it turns off! They should just change it to regular light! I had to use my phone’s flash inside the toilet and the light from the shower room when I was in front of the sinks. Another thing is, if they added curtains to the bed that would be amazing, though not a big deal for me but it’s better for extra privacy.     Fantastic hostel!

    Fantastic hostel - dorms have a separate entrance space with sinks etc so less disruption in the room with people coming and going. Beds are super comfy and feel cosy. The dorms come with really spacious lockers to store your stuff (lockable if you bring a lock). Very clean and nicely designed space.     Great place to stay very close to all historical places! Clean rooms family size and some rooms have two toilets and two showers inside the room! Some rooms have two bunk beds and a queen size bed to accommodate 4 people!Front desk personal very friendly and always willing to help.
