This exclusive hotel is located in the famous Triana quarter, close to the Guadalquivir River and the Cartuja Island theme park. The historic old town with its numerous tourist attractions as well as diverse shopping and entertainment facilities is only 500 m from the hotel. There is a public transport stop just in front of the hotel. Seville Airport is around 10 km away.

Facility

16 suites, apartments and 112 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop.     The worst people I never met in my business trip !

    We went here 2 years ago and we booked the apartment. It was good.We came back now and I become aware that people at the reception are the worst I met in my trip and I travel every week and all over the world.The staff was very rude and poorly disposed towards us.It’s the last time here for me!We asked for a family room apartment and they gave us 2 old rooms overlooking the atrium at a crazy price!!!! Direccion Zenit Sevilla, Director General at Hotel Zenit Sevilla, responded to this review We sincerely regret that your experience was not satisfactory, although we believe it is necessary to clarify certain aspects of your comment.According to the reservation details received from Booking.com, your booking did not correspond to an apartment, but rather to two connecting double rooms. During check-in, and with the intention of improving your stay, our reception colleague assigned you a Junior Suite connected to a double room, as the hotel was fully booked at that time and we did not have any apartments available, given that we only have six units of that category.Three days later, an apartment became available and you were offered the option to move, which was ultimately declined by your party.We understand that there may have been some confusion regarding the type of accommodation booked, but we believe it is unfair to describe our staff as “rude” or “the worst people,” when at all times efforts were made to find a solution and improve your stay within the available possibilities.We would also like to kindly remind that our team members deserve the same respect and courtes Sincerely, JC.     Excellent hotel, clean, pool and excellent staff. We especially would like to mention Jose who is a true gentleman, a credit to the hotel. Very comfortable beds and all the washing assessories you need.

    A great hotel in a nice location, a pleasant 10 minute walk to all the main attractions. There are busy local bars down the side streets as you walk towards the river and the historic attractions. Beer and wine is very reasonably priced in the local bars.Rooms are clean. modern and the beds very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is also good with a wide selection of breakfast options. The staff are very friendly and helpful.The rooftop pool is ideal for afternoon sunbathing and refreshments from the bar.Overall a great place to stay.

    We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious with nice bath products provided. Housekeeping was quick and did a great job every day.One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast — excellent quality and plenty of choice. The WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay, which was a big plus. The hotel is in a nice area, and all the staff we met were friendly and helpful.We also really liked the large bar area, which is a great place to relax in the evening at summer time. Overall, the hotel offers very good value for money.The only real downside was that the pool area was closed, which was disappointing and should have been better communicated beforehand. Aside from that, we had a good stay and would consider coming back.

    Great clean modern hotel in great location so you can explore both sides of the bridge! Downside was the pool was closed until May which seems silly when the weather was highs of 22 and beautifully sunny!
