This apartment complex is located about 800 m from the centre and the beautiful beach lies 1 km away. Links to the transport network can easily be reached on foot lying about 15 minutes from the hotel.

Facility

The apartment complex has a lift and features 29 studios. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Various dining options are available, including a non-smoking restaurant, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for lunch).

    In the website there was a washing machine, that's misleading!! No soap in bathroom!! Why? I've been to 100s of budget places, and there's always soap!!! Plus no flipping air con!!!!!Bed tonight in wet clothes!!!!Plus it's so isolated!

    Always friendly staff who speak a small amount of English. Serve good standard food and the prices are not bad at all.     We are not ones for complaining as we usually like cheap and cheerful self catering, but I'll highlight the pros and cons. There is no pool. You must check into Pez Azul across the road and you are free to use their pool and restaurant. Buffet food over there isn't amazing, but that's another review! Small studio room, and kitchen area right at bathroom. Our balcony looked onto people house, that had a dog that barked A LOT. On a main road, with good bus links. Just need to check the app for timetables which is easiest. Can be quite noisy with the traffic closeby if you like to sleep with the door open a little. The hob in the kitchen took ages to cook things. Once bath water is let out (my kid prefers baths to showers!), the floor seems to flood from the back of the toilet and smells a bit like a sewer. The maids change sheets and towels every day apart from a Sunday, which is fresh. There is a restaurant at the front which we didn't try, and entertainment - a singer Román whose there most nights from 8pm (while he is on there is 20% increase in food bill!). There is no air con also. Our stay was pretty average but we definitely won't be returning!

    Clean and basic, hob only warm but didn't mention, no kettle but in their defence rang reception and 10 minutes later 1 was brought over from their main hotel across road.     Very low cleaning standards and units in need of repair, some drawers actually coming off. Very cramped cooking area with inadequate lighting. Expected budget accommodation but have been to better for less money. Would not recommend.
