This apartment complex is located approximately 100 m from the nearest beach, Playa Jardin, in the resort of Puerto del Carmen, just a few minutes walk from the diverse old town. Various shopping facilities and public transport links are located in the hotel's vicinity.

Facility

The apartment complex has 180 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Rooms

    Nice, tidy but tired rooms. Lovely views, great location. Disappointment 😞 with food, half board only but was hungry 💁‍♀️. Nice people and service.     Let down at the last minute

    Back in October we booked an apartment in Tenerife for 27th January. This was confirmed at the time and all seemed ok.But on the 16th January we received a short email from them asking us to change our booking to 20th January or cancel. No apologies or explanation. This left our plans in tatters and we have had to search around for alternatives.They had obviously decided to rebook our apartment for commercial reasons but it is very unprofessional to do it this way without explanation.Bottom line. If you are about to book with this place, don’t expect that they will honour your booking and they could pull out at the last minute leaving you high and dry.     We had a very nice stay here, clean and roomy apartment, rich choice of tasty food for breakfast and dinner, no problem with free parking close to the hotel, and what I want to point out the most is the very generous approach of the hotel personell when I by mistake booked my stay in january instead of march via booking.com and didn´t notice it, they kindly rebooked my stay without any additional cost although the previously given period of my stay was allready gone!! Thanks a lot once more to Daniel whom I was in contact with via email!     Good hotel in good location

    We stayed here for 5 nights in late October 2024 and really enjoyed the time. The hotel is split into 2 large buildings with a swimming pool in between. Both comprise one and two bedroomed apartments many of which are privately owned. Our bathroom and sitting room were quite large and the kitchen area was well equipped. The room key card also opens all the hotel external doors so somebody needs to let you in when you first arrive. Fortunately there is someone on reception 24 hours a day. There is a wide range of high quality food in the restaurant which is buffet style with some items (e.g. eggs at breakfast) cooked to order. The hotel is in a quieter part of the town but there are bars and restaurants close by. The beaches are also nearby but there was no swimming while we were there as the sea was polluted. Hotel staff were all very helpful and a special mention to Daniel.     Thomas a good guy with an Apartment in a fantastic location.

    We stayed in one of 3 apartments hosted by Thomas E . This guy is great , super reliable and very responsive. The apartment s are a bit dated.The Location is absolutely stand out , sea views , near beach , easy to walk into De La Cruz . WiFi was very good . TV has no English channels. Parking is difficult in the area but not impossible. I’d stay here again because of Thomas and because of the location.
