    AVOID! Turning up to a building sight inside reception and the hotel not having a signs with its name should have been the first sign. We then get into our room where electricity in the bathroom cut out as and when it likes, only one light switch in the whole room work, tv was broken would be told it would be fixed tomorrow my whole week there but tomorrow never came. Not to mention the constant errors on the aircon unit. Breakfast times is 7-10am however this changes as and when they like don’t be surprised if you’re waiting at a locked door at 8. Asked for a different room key and was told the protocol in Spain was you had to call the police before they could issue a new one despite the hotel being in my name. To call yourself a 4 star hotel is ridiculous in my opinion

    Went in April, 2 days into the holiday only by chance the receptionist informed us that the hotel was shutting mid holiday, no pre warning no nothing , apparently it was planned well in advance & between the hotel & love holidays just never bothered telling us , spent 2 days making calls etc stressing , luckily the found us a place in there sister company. We had had booked the costa adeje end as our preferred choice & had to move go back & pack on my girlfriends birthday which kinda spoil the day , thanks 😊 since then love holidays have literally ignored us not dealing with it just literally treating it as if its normal , just be cautious when booking with these .

    Bedbugs in the hotel room

    Avoid this hotel! I was there with my friend. We had in our room a lot of bedbugs. And when I woke up in the morning I saw a lot of bites on my Neck and hands. The day after there were much more also on my face and that dots started to itch. We changed the room but we had to throw away our clothes and disinfected luggage. The hotel staff didn't help us. Unfortunatelly another guests were admitted to this room...

    The Junior Suite all inclusive we had was very good and that was it. The rest was down hill from there. Food was always cold not enough sun beds for the guests ,there was a charge to change the pool towels and there was no disabled access to the pool George very Disappointed from Glasgow

    We were looking for apartment to cook by ourself and found it. The room had all we need. The main minuses were noisy and far from supermarket! But the room was good. We liked Tenerife very much: it was tasty and fresh sea food, delicious cocktails , super shopping, nice beaches and amazing ocean!!!
