This beach hotel is located in the quiet settlement of El Medano, only some 7 km from Tenerife South Airport and approximately 20 m from the resort centre of Playa de Las Americas.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 5-storey building with a lift and 91 non-smoking rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

    A great location but the hotel itself is looking tired. Breakfast was average and there are insufficient tables. Queues build for the 2 coffee machines. Expensive even in low season.

    Loved every minute of it, beautiful room with balcony for sitting and watching the world go by. Caught a great tan too! Hotel itself is a fab seaside gem! Lovely marble though out, lovely common areas too! Our room what spotlessly cleaned evening day, even the corridors were mopped. Breakfast was more than ample, but get there early as is does get busy. Fabulous location! Already planning on booking again for October this year!!

    Stayed here for seven nights early December, loved my stay, had a studio on the fifth floor, lovely views of the mountains and the town. The hotel has the feel of being on a liner with wonderful views of the sea.Breakfast was very good and you could take it down to the terrece if you wanted. El Medano town is very spanish, which is what I wanted. Had lovely meals at the local restaurants. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. Hope to be back again in December, can't wait.

    Beautiful location right on the sea.very clean spacious rooms friendly staff, did not miss a pool at all with the steps right into the sea we will definitely return. My only gripe would be the supposedly hot choice at breakfast was cold so inedible to us we just had the cold selection instead which was lovely x
