Location

This hotel is situated directly on the impressive cliffed coastline, overlooking the sea. Playa Jardin Beach lies just 10 minutes' walk away and the centre of Puerto de la Cruz is some 2 km away and can easily be reached by the regular hotel bus service (no service available on Sundays and public holidays).

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2024. The resort has 153 rooms, which are located on 18 storeys and are reachable by 4 lifts. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area. Daily newspapers are available for purchase. A business centre with projector, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. The congress service offers support with all aspects of event organisation.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living area and a bathroom. Air conditioning (no extra charge) ensures comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms can be booked. Extra beds and children's beds are available upon request and for a fee. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels, a plug adapter and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Cleaning on departure is among the services offered. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are provided. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. 5 wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The freshwater pool complex (no extra charge) includes heated outdoor pools and a children's area. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes bocce and basketball. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis and paddle tennis. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym and darts. Beauty salon and massage treatments are available (subject to charge). Meals

    This hotel took from me 650€ UNFAIRLY

    I cancelled a refundable 5-night booking well in advance through the hotel’s own website. My account showed ZERO reservations afterwards, so naturally I trusted it was properly cancelled. Despite this, the hotel later charged around 650 EUR from me.What’s even worse: instead of a single charge, they tried MULTIPLE TRANSACTIONS in different amounts and currencies! which my bank flagged as suspicious.Their explanation makes no sense and directly contradicts what their own system showed me. This is either a serious system failure or completely unprofessional handling — both are unacceptable.I escalated this case to management over a month ago and still have not received any proper follow-up.At this point, this feels less like a mistake and more like an attempt to take money unfairly.Be extremely careful when booking here — I would not trust their system or their cancellation process.Avoid!

    Beautiful and relaxing hotel. We stayed in the sea view suite and it was incredibly peaceful — falling asleep to the sound of the ocean felt like natural white noise. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast views were lovely, and the bed was extremely comfortable. A perfect place to relax and unwind.     Pleasant stay ruined by poor management and lack of response

    My stay at the hotel itself was actually pleasant — the facilities and overall experience were good. However, what happened afterward completely ruined my impression.After my stay, I faced a serious issue regarding a reservation cancellation. I cancelled through the hotel’s official website, and my profile clearly showed no active reservations, which I understood as confirmation.Despite this, I was later charged 50 EUR without any clear explanation.What is most disappointing is not only the charge itself, but the complete lack of professionalism in handling the situation.     Great Resort!

    Great location and close to old town. Its only 30-35 min walk or less than 10 min drive. Very easily accessible by car. They offer free shuttle bus to the old town however, it should be more frequent. The hotel should offer complementary hotel parking for guests with cars. Parking is free on the road or near the baseball field if you find it. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Francisco. He went out of his way to get us concert tickets as there was an issue with the credit card. Great customer service! Breakfast was always plentiful with lots of selection. The egg station should offer more choices in eggs such as tomatoes, peppers and onions. Overall great hotel and would definitely come back.
