    Having checked out a few hotels upon our arrival in Mariánské Lázně, we opted for Hotel Flora. For starters, the welcome at reception was quite warm (unlike some other places we considered). Then, there’s the excellent location, just a few steps from the Colonnade. We also found the rooms to be nice and clean. Beds comfy. Breakfast was quite adequate, with plenty of choices (albeit served in a somewhat cramped area of the breakfast room). Parking is a bit of an issue in Mariánské Lázně; we had to park about 350m from the hotel at the public garage (cheap and secure). In the end, though, it all worked out. Supermarkets a short driving distance away (Kaufland, Lidl, etc). Hotel Flora seems to share a spa with Hotel Maxim, right next door, but this being a spa town, there’s no shortage of options. No regrets in choosing this hotel. Would return.

    We found the staff at the reception to be very helpful and friendly. Our last minute booking was good value, and the hotel was clean and charming. Breakfast was very good, but not well layed out for the clientele, as all foods were served in a corner with limited access. We were very happy with the standard and the price. Location is very close to the springs and the Colonade.

    Nice Hotel but Poor Staff!

    Great location but the staff of very very poor quality. (would like to say worse but do not want to offend anyone)I've been here only one night, and it was enough to want to change hotels. (and i did it)Pipe in the bathroom (shower) was clogged. Arrogant Staff in the reception, took ages to find my reservation. When I went to take breakfast, who was on duty even ask me from what room I´am, was soon asked me to pay breakfast (and was included in the booking price I had already paid) WWOOWW this is good morning :(Definitely it will Never come back (to my regret, it is a beautiful place)

    Hotel near the famous Colonnade

    I stayed in this hotel with my family one day on the trip trough the Czech Republic. The hotel is perfectly located, very near the colonnade. The breakfast was a bit poor, low quality salami. The staff was very helpful. Swimming pool in nearby hotel free of charge, small but clean. Wifi is free of charge. I can recommend this hotel.

    My second stay in this hotel was even better than the first one. There are some good news: now WI-Fi has a good signal even on upper floors. There are nice liquid soap dispencers in the bathrooms, new beds. Breakfast is very rich as well. Nice stay, nice personnel.
