  Perfect to explore Gothenburg in comfort but on a smaller budget.

  A very comfortable stay at a budget price, in a convenient location for all the delights of the city. I would describe it more as a guest house with a well-equipped guest kitchen, than a hotel. Though the room and the beds were very nice and very comfortable, with a desk and a nice wardrobe with hanging space and shelving. The place, including the shared showers and toilets were all very clean, and there was an orderly feel to everything. I greatly enjoyed using the kitchen/dining room to cook local food. It was possible to buy breakfast at the weekend, and I took a look and there was a very reasonable selection to help yourself from at an excellent price. Nearby shops for provisions, restaurants, cafes, trams, buses and many places of interest.

  Budget hotel with rude stuff

  Customer service is awful (especially the lady from the front desk). I have no doubts they don't care about their guests at all. I understand this is a budget hotel but the way how they treat you as a guest is not nice at all. A poor guy who was in charge of the breakfast buffet was cleaning toilet next door with no gloves at the same time. Of course I didn't decide to have breakfast there. This was beyond anything I have seen so far (and I travel a lot). The bed didn't have any bed linen so had to go back to reception and ask for it. They gave me all I need with no extra charge and I had to make my bed by myself. The location is good, the room was all right for the price you pay. If you are on a very tight budget and you don't mind extremely rude stuff then that makes you feel so unwelcome yes go ahead and book it otherwise please look for something else.

  This is a marvellous budget option in Gothenburg. Rooms were clean, as were communal areas, including showers. It is also very well located, close to nice places to eat and drink and not too far from the sights, Go for it. (Also: not noisy at all).

  Stayed here for three nights on a solo city break. Perfectly functional, nice enough rooms with clean communal bathrooms and basic continental breakfast included. Free WiFi too. Located very conveniently a short walk from the lovely Haga district, and lots of the best bars/restaurants are nearby. Ideal for a short stay on a budget.

  Good points:(1) We really like its location. It was very easy to reach public transportations. It was also close by lots of local amenities such as Netto, post box, coffee shops, pizza place, and buffet breakfast.(2) Moreover, the hotel has a kitchen where we can warm our own food.Bad points:(1) We didn't like that we had to pay extra for bedsheets and towels. We travel a lot nationwide and to other countries - one of us used to work as a tour guide - and it was our very first time to be in a hotel/hostel/motel that does not include bed sheets with the original price.(2) Our room was located right next to a very noisy playground. From morning until night, it was always extremely noisy. So the only times we enjoyed our time in our room was when it was very late at night or when it was raining heavily, because then no kids were there in the playground.(3) One of the shared-toilets was incredibly stinky.
