    Cozy hotel 3 km from the city center with good local transport to the city center.

    Stayed here 11/09 - 12/11 2025The hotel is just as good for those who are passing through as for those who are going to discover Gothenburg.The hotel is located at Eriksbergshallen. 3.2 km from the city center but there are boats (if you want to take a leisurely ride to the city center) right outside the hotel and buses if you are in a hurry to the city center. Clean and fresh hotel with a slightly simpler standard in the rooms. Very good breakfast.Stayed at the top with a wonderful view of Gothenburg.Pros:Fast check-in/check-out.Customer-centered at the reception.Good local transport in the area.Clean and fresh.Lovely view of Gothenburg if you have a room high up.Good breakfast.6 Beds.7 Value for money.Cons:Municipal parking is available in the area.Parking at the hotel for a fee.*(Sinks through 0 - Average 5 - lies on top of the mattress 10)**(Throws money down the drain 0 - Break Even 5 - Highest profit 10)

    Stayed for 1 night whilst on business trip, quick check in, friendly staff and nice clean rooms. The hotel is very long, the higher numbered rooms on each floor are a long walk from the lift, not great when the room key stops working! Breakfast was very good, wide range of options, all fresh.

    No help what so ever form the resepsjonen. No Ac so had to get fans form the front desk. They said they would deliver it to the hotel. 5 hours later we had to go down again to get them, then we got them. No number for the front desk provided, was told to just google it.

    Nice location and large room. However, the air conditioner could not keep up with the sun burning through the full wall window even with shades. Impossible to sleep in the heat. You have to book exact time for breakfast. I tried a window of 15 min but that was not ok according to the person in the reception, we had to choose either 7.30 or 8.15. Being on vacation that was not a good solution as we wanted to avoid wake up call but still not miss breakfast.

    We looked at The Radisson but (mistakenly) opted for Quality 11...

    Well, first choice was the Radisson further up the road, but Quality 11 looked much better as a package, ie incl. breakfast.BIG mistake - room in need for redecorating, burger at the restaurant okay, looked forward to a Irish Coffee however tasted liked whipped cream diluted with water, forget all about having your (very soft) bed made in the morning - no house keeping and what goes for the breakfast - similar to a refugee camp (scrambled eggs and bacon appears to be a scarcity at this hotel. Last but not least, service fantastic!!!
