  Everything you need from an airport hotel - accessible, quiet, clean and comfortable

  For a moderately priced airport hotel, this far exceeded my expectations. It’s an easy walk from the terminal, with almost the entire route indoors - you’re only outside for about 15 seconds. The rooms are completely soundproofed, which is ideal if you have an early flight, and they’re very comfortable.   Room 604 should not be a hotel room!

  I would love to give a high rating, but there was one horrendous aspect that ruined the experience. Our room was near the lifts (elevators) and the constant whooshing and clanking sounds of the lifts constantly going up and down in the shaft meant that I slept for about 5 minutes out of 8 hours! We had to go to bed at 8 pm, due to a really early morning flight and the stress this caused was unbearable. The lfts weren't as frequent at 1:30 am, but by then I was so sleep deprived that I nearly fell asleep and then jolted awake because of the lifts again. Surely other people have compained about this?!? Turn room 604 into a cleaning storage room or an office. I don't understand how people are expected to sleep in that room and pay for it. Shame Comfort Hotel, as this is my thrid or fourth stay here and I'm not sure if I'll come back. Other than my 5 minutes of sleep, the rooms are great (apart from being a bit simple, with one hanger for a double room, no wardrobe, so fridge etc), but friendly staff and great cold breakfast (it's supposed to be cold, as we ate at 4 am).   Close to flight, could have more clear signs to find the hotel, necessary to go outside the terminal building.Clean, comfortable room and bed. Lacking the possibility to prepare hot drink in room. We will also of course follow up on your feedback regarding signage to/from the hotel but also the opportunity to prepare hot drinks in the room.
