    Smallest room ever but convenient

    Convenient for early flights from Euroairport. About 10’ walk from the Swiss side of the train station. Certainly the smallest 3 bed room was ever staying. A bunk bed , a hidden toilet, micro shower. Competitive price and 24 h reception make it for the size

    Genuinely, the loveliest staff (thank you Arbër !) and a great location, close to the main Basel Train Station.It's a no-brainer... if you need a decently priced hotel with great service, come here.

    We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Special mention to Karima on reception who was so fabulously helpful, welcoming and kind. The room was small and compact but exceeded my expectations. The beds were very comfortable and the best pillows! Excellent value for money. The proximity to station and tram line is fabulous. A short tram ride to old town Basel makes this a perfect base.

    Worst ever experience. Had a room like a cage, no WiFi and staff told me it is my new IPhone 17 and not the hotels fault.. unbelievable. Room had window which could not be opened, went to restaurant at Nocotel next door where I was told they had no free table despite half the lobby being free. A totally ghastly and unfriendly bar manager told me to go elsewhere.NEVER EVER again Total waste of money and time

    First this is a budget hotel so it does what it says in the title. The location is good just 10 mins walk from the main station (or 2 stops on the tram). The room was all that we wanted. Yes the shower area is small but functional. The breakfast was simple but more than adequate. Would stay again!
