Solid choice in a great location

This hotel is a great choice for anyone needing strong air conditioning, a warm reception, and a great night sleep. The location is excellent and I would t hesitate to stay here again. Don’t forget to check out the gorgeous roof top bar for drinks!

A wonderful hotel! This hotel and it's excellent staff make a big effort to look after its guests. In particular, Tobias and Elias at the front desk have gone out of their way to helping us with all sorts of little bits of advice and information. The other front desk staff also have been good The hotel is really well situated. Close to the centre of town. Rooms are very nice, everything works, room service is excellent, and if you ask for extra towels it never seems to be a problem! We highly recommend this hotel and if we return to Bern we will certainly book here again

What a find! Great clean hotel to base yourself at for a trip to Bern. It could not be more central as the train station, tram stops, bus stops and TheOldTown is so close. You are proper in the heart of Bern with this hotel. Breakfast we had no complaints with and the staff are some of the best we have come across. A special mention to reception staff member ELIAS. He understood professionalism and the importance of customer service

A delightful stay in Bern

We only had a 1 night stay here, but wish we had spent more time in Bern. We reserved 2 rooms & they were both great. The double room was large and had several windows and a desk. Loved the hardwood floors & ceiling details. Our two sons shared a room with 2 twin beds, and it was nice as well. Our rooms were close together, as requested, and hotel staff were professional, courteous, and kind throughout our stay. The location was very central. If I have friends traveling to Bern in the future, I’ll definitely recommend this hotel.
