    The hotel is in a very nice location and was convenient for exploring the area. The interior has a modern design, and both the room and bathroom were updated and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were of good quality, making for a pleasant night’s sleep.Breakfast was typical for Europe, with a reasonable selection and quality.The biggest disappointment was the air conditioning. Although the thermostat was set to 19°C, the room never cooled below approximately 23°C. The fan was set to high, but the fan speed never appeared to increase. We experienced the exact same issue in a second room as well, which suggests this was not an isolated problem.Overall, the hotel offers a modern and comfortable stay in a great location, but the ineffective air conditioning significantly impacted our comfort, especially during warmer weather.     The Ideal Business Hotel

    I think this hotel deserves a 4.5 as a really good place to spend a night or two while touring Bern. It is convenient and clean, and has a good breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. The public restrooms need attention and, as that was our first experience of the hotel, it was concerning. Happily, the rooms were much nicer. This is the ideal business hotel, which worked for us.     Budget Hotel in a Great Location

    The Reception and downstairs lounge and bar areas are fantastic. Oh and the cocktail of the day was a bonus. Buffet breakfast was good. This is a very busy little hotel and the staff are amazing. I loved the wall art on the stairs (yes there is a life but when you eat pastries for breakfast you have to climb the stairs, it's the trade off). Location, fantastic. The rooms are small, the carpet was warn and the join had come apart in the door way. The sink stopper got stuck. The bathroom is tiny. Bed was ok. It was more of a budget hotel and it showed but the positives outweighed the negatives.
