  A decent hotel in a great location

  The location of the hotel was the star. Our room overlooked the Rhone river just off the end of the lake. The room we got in the corner of the hotel was large with a lovely area to sit overlooking the water. The only down side was the small bath room but that didn't detract from the excellent location and relative low cost for a city hotel in Switzerland.

  think it is a nice location - right on the end of the lake side. It is quite and great views. The rooms are small (perhaps that is standard for Geneva); i was moved once from rooms so i got the chance in staying in two type of rooms. The only difference was the size and the views from the room. Clean room and good wifi. The reception staff were super helpful. all of them and help me in with all the necessary information. They have a kitchen in the lobby area which is basic though i did not use it. Not very far from the train station and the bus stop would be about a 5 min walk 100-200 metres. Happy with the choice because it away from the noise and peaceful

  Such a great hotel! The room was spacious and light, and I was lucky enough to have a lovely view of the river and a tiny balcony which caught the sun even in December. Bed was super comfy and the room had everything I needed for my stay including good WiFi. The location is amazing, short walking distance to literally anywhere in Geneva but also not super touristy. Fyi: the building is old and the walls are thin; bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

  We visited room 21 on 13th Dec and had a great overnight stay. We arrived at 10pm and reception was closed but received full details of how to enter hotel and room. Very easy.Hotel location was great and the room was too. Loved the view from the hotel window. Check out was very good and staff very friendly. Only issue was the people next door talking so loud all night and we struggled to sleep but this is not the hotel fault, just inconsiderate people. Thank you again 😊

  Spacious cozy room in a beautiful historic hotel

  A fantastic historic hotel in an incredible location at a great value. One tram stop from the train station and right on the water you’ll find the perfect cozy spot for your Geneva trip. The room interior is very basic but has everything you need. Small fridge. Electric kettle. My room had the bathroom in the room. If you’re American like me but not used to small euro bathrooms you might think it’s small but it does the trick. Shower sink and toilet in the bathroom. Another sink in the bedroom by the window. Radiator for heat when it gets cold. Small but high quality TV with a lot of channels. Desk with chair and one additional chair by the window. My room was a double which in Europe often means two twins pushed together. Bed was comfortable. Padded duvet. Only one pillow per person though. The room also has a small closet. Marble fireplace is a nice touch too. A much larger room than I expected for a historic hotel I would stay here again anytime.
