    No way is this a 4 Star Hotel

    Not only did: - the air conditioning not work (it failed to cool the room even when set on its highest setting), - the TV not work and - the shower curtain was broken, but - there was no key to the bathroom door, the light in the (tiny) lift kept cutting out - leaving you squished up to a total stranger in pitch blackness, and - the receptionist could not even recommend a pretty local village to visit (there are many - we eventually went to Nyon and Annecy). No way does this hotel deserve 4 stars - it would be hard pressed to merit 3 stars!!!

    Nasty bathroom. Stay away.

    Just don't. You see all the other reviews and now you see mine. Nasty nasty bathroom with black mold, old shower curtain with pink stains on it, pink stains in between shower tiles. I asked to be moved to another room, and when I went to look at it, that shower was just as nasty. I looked at a third room, same thing. As we were checking out, we heard a guest on the phone asking to borrow a vacuum cleaner because there was a bug in her bed. The staff told her there was only one vacuum on site and the cleaner was using it, so they did nothing to address the person's complaint. I booked this room through hotwire, and it was a special deal where you pay a good rate and you find out the hotel name afterwards. What a mistake, just to save some money. Geneva is expensive, we spent $350 for 2 nights in this room. We should have just spent more and gotten a nicer place. If you need to save money and are thinking of staying at this hotel, maybe just don't come to Geneva! Or find an Airbnb!Also this hotel is not associated with Best Western.

    First, the location is 15 min walk from downtown, which is relatively good. Regarding the room cleanliness overall, the room is clean, but there are insects flying everywhere in the room at the ceiling. For the service, the hotel has one of the most unprofessional staff that I have ever met. The Air conditioner was not working, and I told the receptionists about it in the morning; nothing happened. He told me to open the window or go to other hotels when I complained about it. Overall, I don't recommend it to anyone.

    The problem was the booking system of the hotel. First I booked in the hotel website with a free cancellation, but when I was changed it wasn’t possible because the hotel works with hotel-rez.com and this company charge U$ 613 and after one month pay back my money.. When I was in the hotel ( booking hotels.com) they agree with me but told me that I need to contact a hotel-rez .com , because the hotel didn’t charge anything How it possible that you have a system to book , buy you don’t accept your responsibility with the trouble with your system? I’ve written to the hotel and the hotel-rez .com and they haven’t answered Conclusión .. stole , robbed or other word the money

    Please under no circumstances book this hotel as the photos are deceptive. I had to leave after 10 minutes. Its disgusting, dirty and does not in no way match photos on hotel.com and other websites. You will lose your money. The management and workers are doing some fraud. They asked me for my credit card details on a piece of paper with my security code. You could see they were going to do some fraud at a later date. I had paid through bookings.com. I had the worst experience. Spent 2 days of my holiday on the phone to hotels.com and still did not get a refund . Its all deception and fake. WARNING DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL . YOU WILL HAVE TO BOOK ANOTHER THE SAME DAY AND HAVE TO LEAVE PLUS LOSE YOUR MONEY. ITS FRAUDULENT. NOT 4 STAR. ITS A 1 STAR HOTEL.
