Guests have a choice of 21 junior suites, 7 suites, 67 single rooms and 107 double rooms located in an 8-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can enjoy the view of the city from a balcony or terrace. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the hotel offers cycling/mountain biking.     The room was adequate - not huge - with a comfortable bed. Air conditioning was the opening window which meant you got quite a bit of road noise. The breakfast was very typical, if anything not quite as appetising as other hotels in Switzerland.Adequate is a good description.

    A very busy hotel with significant foot-traffic in the lobby areas & multiple meeting & dining rooms. Hotel itself is located on a very busy street with limited parking in front to drop-off or pick-up guests.Room size was adequate with sufficient amenities: refrigerator, electric carafe, safe, lots of closet space. Bathroom did not have a "table" to place toiletriesGood controls for air-conditioning but really no view from the window other than buildings/roofs.Many restaurants within walking distance; a Coop market across the street was very convenient & helpful

    Hotel is very well located for the train station and all local transportation. Many and varied restaurants in the area. Rooms are just fine, although a little dark, with a desk that is fine for a computer. Hotel staff is very good --- friendly, helpful and cooperative. Room window opens for fresh air. Very price competitive. Don't forget to take Swiss adapters for the electric outlets.All in all a good stay at a very handy hotel with all the expected services.     Hotel Royal is very centrally located with easy access to all public transport routes, which made getting around Geneva incredibly straightforward. It’s only a short 5–10 minute walk from the main train station, which was ideal when arriving from the airport. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, making it a great base for both business and leisure stays. I’d happily stay here again.
