Location

This Genovese hotel is located approximately 5 km from the town centre and within easy reach of the airport by making use of the hotel bus. The Palexpo congress centre lies just a short distance from the hotel and public transport is to be found some 100 m from the hotel.

Facility

350 non-smoking rooms are located on 11 storeys and can be reached by 4 lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand.     Good night sleep, friendly staff but F&B below expectations for a Mövenpick

    The room is very clean, large and has very nice pillows. Makes for a good sleep. Now the challenge is the restaurant which is understaffed, food was not feeling fresh and staff are stressed. The bar is nice but a lighting problem where it feels like you sit in an office environment. Staff overall is friendly, but feel stressed out. Had to wait for 35+ minutes for the airport shuttle to come and pick up at the terminal. Walked back to the terminal from the hotel after check out.     “Disappointing Service Despite Spacious Rooms”

    Spacious rooms but very poor service. Staff do not speak English, making requests difficult. Cleanliness and maintenance were subpar—my sink was clogged and never fixed. Overall, not worth the price compared to other hotels in the same area.     I stayed for two nights on a business trip, and the experience was genuinely smooth from start to finish. The staff was consistently friendly, polite, always smiling, and ready to help with anything. My room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite the airport proximity. The mattress was on the firmer side, which I personally appreciated after long workdays.Breakfast was excellent — plenty of choice, fresh products, and everything well presented. A perfect way to start the day.The location is ideal if you need quick access to the airport. The free shuttle is a huge plus, and even at 5 AM it ran right on time. It's located 10 minutes (walking distance) away from a train station that helps you to reach the city center in a few minutes. Do not forget to ask your free public transport card.Overall, a very solid choice for business travelers looking for convenience, comfort, and genuinely kind service.
