    Fantastic sized room with a wonderful view. Room was very clean and well equipped. Very modern and an unusual layout but very nice.Had a fantastic sleep here and handy for the airport Would definitely stay here again

    Unbelievably unprofessional - hope they go out of business

    We stayed at this hotel in March 2026 and unfortunately had a very poor experience with how they handled a damage claim.During the hotel-arranged airport shuttle transfer from Geneva Airport, a staff member handling the luggage lifted our snowboard suitcase incorrectly and threw it onto the ground, breaking the side buckle so the case can no longer be properly closed.We reported the damage immediately at reception on arrival and followed all instructions given by the hotel, including sending a detailed email with photos the next day.The hotel acknowledged the issue but stated that the shuttle is operated by an external company. While they said they would follow up with the provider, they have since completely ignored us.It has now been several weeks with:no updateno resolutionno compensationAt no point have they taken ownership or provided a clear process to resolve the issue.This is extremely disappointing. The shuttle is offered as part of the hotel service, and passing responsibility onto a third party without any follow-up is not acceptable.The lack of communication and accountability is the most frustrating part.Would not recommend based on how they handle customer issues.To make matters worse, our follow-up emails now appear to be blocked by their system, despite the fact that we were polite and only followed up twice over a two-week period.This is not about the issue itself, but about how it is handled. Completely ignoring customers and avoiding responsibility is unprofessional. A simple resolution, such as covering the replacement cost or offering a goodwill gesture, would have been appropriate.

    Perfectly Nice Stopover

    Stopped over before transfer to ski resort next morning. Easy check in, rooms perfectly nice.Regular free shuttle bus to and from airport and really close to Geneva airport, a few minutes away so spot on.Didn't eat here as booked a local Italian restaurant but the food I seen looked good.Bar staff attentive and really friendly.Special mention to Rodrygo at hotel bar. Attentive, friendly and funny. Made a good stay great.Definitely stay again for a stopover. Wasn't expensive, you get what you pay for and this was good value for me, as for us it was a stopover not a destination.Definitely recommend.

    I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. At first glance, it may appear clean, but upon closer inspection, you will find hair in the bed, dirty mattresses when lifted, and urine stains under the toilet seat. It’s all just a façade to deceive guests. The director, Mr. Frey, is fully aware of these issues but is utterly incompetent and completely indifferent. I tried contacting him via email and phone to report these problems, but he didn’t even bother to respond or address my concerns. This speaks volumes about the management's attitude. Think carefully before booking a room here, and consider spending a bit more elsewavoidhere to avoid unpleasant surprises.

    Had to stay in Geneva overnight as flight was cancelled. The room is comfortable, however, none of the USB sockets work and the staff know about this yet do nothing, and the bathrooms lovely but Reception staff don't have a clue or know how to handle anything. Two hours after checking in, two strangers burst into my room after my room no had been somehow attached to their key card. This is a massive safeguarding and security issue and yet the staff didn't seem to care. They gave me a free drink voucher (!) and explained that no manager could deal with it as "no manager was on at the weekends" and that the issue happened as "my colleague was in a rush" - WHAT?!?! If you are a solo traveller, particularly a solo female, having a stranger who isn't staff enter your room is incredibly worrying. I could have been in the shower, in a state of undress or anything...and then that person knows where your room is. I have followed up with an email and four days later, still no one has come back to me on this. Disgraceful. Give this place a wide berth.
