    The location was wonderful and the rooms were excellent and comfortable. I am writing to ask what brand of pillows are utilized in the rooms? Not once did I wake up with my neck hurting. Please let me know if you can.

    I had a wonderful stay at the Royal Savoy Lausanne. I would like to sincerely thank all departments for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail throughout my visit.A special mention goes to the Spa team, which provided a truly relaxing and high-quality experience — the perfect place to unwind.Most of all, I would like to thank Youssef from the Concierge team. His recommendations for the city, restaurants, and activities were outstanding and made my stay even more memorable. His knowledge, helpfulness, and warm attitude truly made a difference.I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

    Horrible Food and Service! Asparagus cold! Beef Filet came first one half! Later a second plate with the other half!!!!!

    The Royal Savoy Hotel & Spa is an absolutely beautiful place to stay in the wonderful city of Lausanne. We were on a girls' trip and we couldn't have been happier about our stay.
