    This hotel is a Lugano Gem:1. Location just across the street from the lake. 15 min walk to the town center or a couple of bus stops away. Reception staff give you bus tickets to use. 2. Very friendly and keen to serve staff. Receptionist went up with us to the room and explained all the hotel amenities. 3. Restaurant food quality is superb. 4. Hotel owner has filled it with personal and unique touches: paintings, furniture pieces, and rugs that distinguish this hotel from your regular run of the mill buildings. 5. This used to be a villa and it has been renovated very nicely to a hotel. Peaceful hotel filled with light and air. Highly recommend it.

    Lcation fantastic with a great lake view, rooms with a lot of space, very clean, all the employees with a great attitude, specual thanks to Veronica at the restaunt, allways willing to help and been sure everithing was fine.

    Location in great right in front of the lake. Walking distance to center and a bus right by hotel entrance. Junior suite room was very large, bed was comfortable, sofa bed (a third bed) was very uncomfortable. Breakfast could be richer with some more options. Staff was very friendly.

    The location right on Lake Lugano was spectacular, and the gentleman hotel manager and the rest of the staff excellent. They went well out of their way to ensure our comfort and convenience. The single elevator was quite small, and had to take very many trips to accommodate our tour group. There were some minor maintenance issues in the room, including a broken makeup mirror which was unusable. Breakfast buffet was adequate, but one had to queue up for coffee. Our fish dinner was outstandingWould definitely come again

    Beautiful hotel with lovely views

    Right from our arrival at reception, we were given a warm welcome - staff continued to be friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, bright and comfortable with a balcony giving us a partial view of the lake. Also the bathroom was lovely and lots of hot water. We were given the discount card the next morning for free travel around the area and also given lots of helpful information on where to go and what to see - there is lots! Breakfast was served in the beautiful dining room and there was plenty to choose from - it was all nicely presented and delicious. Special mention must go to Denis on reception who was so friendly and charming . We would definitely return.
