Location

The hotel is located directly on the shore of Lake Geneva. Vevey train station is a 15-minute walk away, and the Entre-deux-Villes bus stop is only about 50 m from the hotel.

The hotel has a lift and features 50 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock.     No doubt a five star experience except for the poor soundproofing due to this being a historic building. If you can live with this, it‘s perfection.     Everything lack.Lack of space in spa-parking-lobby-restaurants-terrace-bathroom, just one lift you wait, lack of staff skills, of cleaning, no pool inside spa. Not enough balcony.Lack of luxury- choice- tranquillity.Cheap services but expensive prices not justified.It's not an unique experience.We didn't expect perfection or zany dw;rf tossing. But at least excellence.

    Our Family stayed at Grand Hotel du lac and had a lovely time. The hotel was beautiful, the location was excellent and the staff were truly the exceptional. Patrick made our morning breakfasts a memorable and special experience. His genuine kindness was felt deeply.     The manager told me Christmas is just a business for him, as Easter. With a smile. He is so fake.I was hurted because there is decoration about it, we went to the church in town, but in reality everything is a simulation in this hotel.After that, service became strange.Regarding the spa, forget about luxe experience. Almost useless.This hotel is banal for this category.Prices aren't honest.Guys, you can have so much better in other places for 2.I have to feedback it. Respect you.
