    Excellent hotel... very well located. Spacious room, good bed and good bathroom. Special thanks to the reception staff who treated us very well, with tips about the region. Palmi welcomed us for breakfast even though we hadn't made a reservation. I recommend this hotel for exploring the region.

    We had the most amazing stay here for valentines weekend. The staff at the hotel were so welcoming and friendly. On Valentine’s Day they had left a rose in our room which was lovely touch. The room had a view over the lake and you could see the snow covered mountains it was incredible to wake up to every day. The room was spotless. The location of the hotel was perfect, quick walk to the train station and lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Overall a wonderful stay we absolutely loved it.

    Wonderful location across the street from Lake Geneva and an easy walk from the train station and across the street from the boat pier. The service is very friendly, but the hotel is not staffed 24 hours. This was not an issue for us, but could be. The room was quite large with quirky modern decor and an amazing view. The toiletries were not good (provide a combined body/hair/hand soap and no conditioner).

    Went during the jazz festival. Hotel had a great location right on the main waterfront and was surprisingly quiet (good sound insulation). Staff was excellent and the family apartment we rented was large and had everything we needed. My only complaint would be the firmness of the bed but that's a personal preference. Would stay again.

    We had a fantastic stay. The 2 ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful that they set the positive tone right away. Our room was delightful with a lake view and a small balcony which was perfect for enjoying some wine in the evening. The location is great and it’s an easy walk to the train station.
