Location

This hotel lies surrounded by unspoilt nature and wonderful landscapes and is located 200 m from the centre of Mont Pèlerin with its restaurants and links to the public transport network. It is 10 km from Vevey, with its nightspots, train station, tourist centre and shops and Vevey also offers the Alimentarium Museum (10 km). The ski region of Les Paccots is also just 10 km away and the hotel is a 15-minute drive from Montreux. Further attractions for visitors include Chillon Castle (20 km), the Olympic Museum in Lausanne (25 km) and the Fondation Giannada in Martigny (35 km). It is just 80 km to Geneva.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1904. Guests have a choice of 64 non-smoking rooms, including 45 junior suites, 7 suites and 10 double rooms, located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can enjoy the lake view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Excellent swimming awaits guests at the indoor pool. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Delicious specialities await guests in 3 non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurants. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    One of the best resorts I stayed at in Europe. I cannot state enough how friendly and accommodative the staff was. The resort and the rooms were super clean. Food was great.     We paid for a room with a jacuzzi, but it was not working, and no proper solution or compensation was offered. The service was below expectations, and staff did not respond adequately to our requests. This stay was disappointing. As explained at the time, we must comply with strict health and safety regulations concerning water quality, including specific chlorine and pH levels. These legal requirements are in place to ensure optimal hygiene and safety for all our guests and may therefore differ from what one may experience with a private installation at home.Water quality tests are systematically carried out prior to each guest’s arrival. In your case, additional tests were performed again during your stay, and the results confirmed that both the chlorine and pH levels were fully compliant with the mandatory standards we are required to respect.In order to offer a satisfactory solution, we proposed either a change to another jacuzzi suite or an additional complimentary night. However, these alternatives were not accepted.Please remain assured that the comfort and wellbeing of our guests remain at the heart of our attention.     The 5-star hotel Le Mirador Resort & Spa offers one of the most spectacular panoramic views of Lake Geneva and the Alps.     Beautiful hotel, but unclear occupancy policy led to costly surprise

    We visited Le Mirador Resort & Spa in September 2025 to celebrate a family birthday. The location is breathtaking, with panoramic views over the lake and Alps. Staff were attentive, and overall the atmosphere was luxurious and relaxing.The main issue was with the booking process. I reserved a Junior Suite Prestige for 3 adults and 1 child via Booking.com, and the hotel’s own description mentions “Maximum occupancy: 3 people & 1 baby.” As my nephew is 4, I reasonably assumed the room was suitable. On arrival, however, we were informed it was not allowed, and we had to upgrade to a Royal Suite at CHF 2’600 per night. This was a significant additional expense that I had not planned for.The stay itself was enjoyable, but I would advise families to be cautious and confirm directly with the hotel regarding occupancy rules before booking. Clearer communication from both the hotel and Booking.com would have prevented this unpleasant surprise.     My stay was so amazing , the weather was hot and I received upgrade to a beautiful Junior Suite with a lake view and nice terrace with sunbeds to enjoy ♥️ Breakfast was delicious and the service ladies were very nice to me.
