  Wonderful experience

  Our stay at this resort was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all expectations. Even though the weather wasn’t the best during our visit, it didn’t take away from the experience at all. We treated ourselves to a fantastic massage at the spa, which was incredibly relaxing and professionally done. It was exactly what we needed to unwind and disconnect. On top of that, the entertainment team did an amazing job organizing a variety of tournaments and activities throughout the day, keeping the atmosphere lively and engaging despite the rain.What truly makes this resort special is its ability to combine comfort and relaxation with an authentic African atmosphere.I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway while still wanting to immerse themselves in a setting that reflects genuine African authenticity. We would definitely come back!

  We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would love to come back in the future. The hotel is beautifully located in a lush, green garden right by the beach. There is a long pier by the beach, and at the end of it you will find a bar and a restaurant. In the evenings, aperitif gatherings are regularly organized there, with snacks available and the option to buy drinks, creating a lovely and relaxing atmosphere.The food at the hotel is absolutely delicious. Lunches and dinners offer a huge variety of dishes, including seafood, fish, pasta, pizza, fresh fruit, juices, as well as hot and cold beverages. The restaurant is beautifully situated among greenery, with views of palm trees and flowering plants, making every meal a real pleasure.The hotel staff are very kind, friendly, and helpful.Unfortunately, the rooms need renovation and refreshing. Upon entering the room, there is a noticeable smell of dampness, and the air conditioning is very loud, which can be disturbing.We spent New Year’s Eve at the hotel, and the celebration was beautifully organized. A dinner by the pool, live music, and excellent food made it a truly special and unforgettable evening.In this region, there are very large tidal changes, sometimes reaching 1–1.5 km. For us, this was a great opportunity to observe marine life. During one of our walks, we met a Maasai man who works in this way. He showed us many sea creatures we would never have found on our own and told us about Maasai life. I highly recommend such a spontaneous experience.The hotel also offers wonderful massages, especially those by the beach. The sound of the ocean and the palm trees around us made it incredibly relaxing.These holidays were unforgettable for us, and we would definitely like to return to this hotel one day.

  A mixed bag of experiences

  Beautiful resort and beach, but disappointing management and guest serviceThe resort itself is beautiful, with stunning tropical gardens, African‑style architecture and one of the nicest beaches on this side of the island. The grounds are well maintained, the pool area is pleasant, and there are plenty of sunbeds both on the beach and by the pool.However, the overall experience was negatively affected by several issues.❗ Management & ReceptionThe Italian hotel manager was unhelpful and unwilling to assist with even simple requests. Although the hotel advertises a concierge service, my request to arrange a TV/monitor at my own expense was refused in an unpleasant manner.I also reported a lost glasses case containing USD. Reception repeatedly told me nothing had been found. Later, during the airport transfer, I learned from another guest that the case had been found, handed to the Italian animator, and delivered to the reception. Despite this, the reception insisted it was never turned in. I contacted the hotel afterwards but received no reply.At checkout, we were incorrectly charged 174 USD for a dinner we never had. No apology was offered. I strongly recommend checking your bill carefully.🛏 RoomsRooms are clean but basic. Only Suites have a TV, which is unusual for a 4‑star resort. Free Wi‑Fi is available only in the lobby; paid Wi‑Fi is expensive and charged per device. Beds have mosquito nets, and the décor is simple but pleasant.🍽 FoodThe hotel offers Soft All Inclusive – alcohol and proper coffee (espresso, cappuccino) are not included. Food was fresh and tasty, with lots of fish, seafood and excellent fruit. About half of the dishes are Italian, and very well prepared.🎭 EntertainmentAll entertainment is in Italian and run by the Italian tour operator. The Christmas Mass with a gospel choir was a highlight.🏖 BeachThe beach is the resort’s strongest point: wide, clean, shaded by palms, with white sand and a beautiful lagoon. Tides are strong, but you can swim from the jetty at any time.👥 StaffMost staff members were friendly and helpful, but Italian guests clearly receive more attention.OverallThe resort is visually stunning and the beach is fantastic. However, due to poor management, issues with reception, incorrect billing and the unresolved lost‑and‑found incident, I personally would not return.

  We went with friends. Being the guests of the GM and Head Chef, it was indeed an experience to remember. The ambience of the place and the courtesy of the staff was exceptional- the food was not only ever so delicious but its presentation was superb- 10/10 from our side- hope to revisit and stay for longer
