    Reception staff very helpful. We wanted to change our booking for a Deluxe room which they did with no fuss. Nice room with balcony. Location good for the river taxi and bars and restaurants. We have stayed here 3 times now.

    The pillows smelled. The water from the toilet came out through the siphon and flooded the terrace. We were in a hurry when we left and I forgot the charger in the socket but I realized I didn't have it until I got to the airport. Not even an hour after we left and we called the hotel and the staff said there was no charger. Very professional. Don't go there, thieves and scumbags

    Nice little hotel, where i always return to when im in bangkok.the rooms is small but clean and the staff. Is always smiling and helpful...this is absolutely perfect if you have some overnights in bangkok.the location is also perfect...i will give this hotel my best recomandations

    Absolutely disappointing! The rooms do not match the photos at all. The room was tiny, dirty, and infested with insects. The bathroom was constantly damp and smelled bad. The staff proved completely incompetent and unhelpful. One of the worst experiences ever. Never again!Orribile e sporco... Le camere diverse dalle foto. Orribile
