  First time staying here - very good location & very clean, but front desk staff definitely NOT up to par with helpfulness and attitude as offered by staff at other New Siam sister properties. Televisions did not work (in 2 rooms I was given) which is an asset, when they do work - helps to drown out other guests' noise late at night, especially those directly overhead dragging furniture across bare floors & who slam doors out in hallway - as was the case during my stay here & I use earplugs. Had asked for help with TV - staff not interested with resolving problem & basically walked away. TV satellite/cable channels stated as being included with nightly room rate - lol, my mistake, it didn't actually say a TV that actually works! Too bad, they could do better.

  The pictures you probably seen on maps or trip.com don’t do justice to this hotel. It’s an old hotel with old furniture but my room was so clean. I booked a double bed for 3 nights. AC was functioning well and there was a ceiling fan too. Towels were clean and smelt fresh. 2-3 stars hotel usually have bleach smell but in here it smelt good. I extended my stay for half day where I had to pay only 200 baht. Location wise, it was really near to khao san and also phra atit pier, although I prefer to take grab ride. In short, the hotel is value for the money i paid and I will definitely book the hotel again.

  This was the first time I stayed at this particular hotel and actually quite liked it. It was only any overnight stop, so got the local S1 bus for 60 baht to Soi Rambruttri, and the hotel is just a 5 min walk down the road. The staff were really nice and helpful. I was impressed with the room sizes and was really quiet overnight, so git a decent nights sleep. The beds were comfortable and very clean with a functioning bathroom. I'd recommend this as the staff are great and the location is just perfect.

  We booked this so called hotel on booking. com & we paid extra for a room with a terrace. I was disgusted with what we actually got. Our terrace was to open a window and on to a few square feet overlooking the mens urinals. Bathroom was something out of the 70s and no window in there. I have travelled alot in Thailand but this was definitely falsely advertised and more like a backpackers hostel.

  Great staff, quiet, comfy rooms, great location!

  While located on the busy tourist street of Rambutri, once we entered the hotel it was as if stepping into another world, very quiet! The wonderful, friendly staff was attentive to our every need. 'Tukky', the receptionist, was delightful. 'Bobo' always had a smile as he cleaned our room daily with fresh sheets, towels and water. 'Tui' was also a pleasure picking up what ever needed to be done to keep evrything running smoothly.We stayed for about a month due to my wife getting a knee operation at a nearby hospital and found the location perfect as there were plenty of different food choices nearby. 'Joe', a certified TAT representative, runs the information and tourist assistance desk was very knowledgable about... well, anything you may have any questions about! Internet conection codes were changed every 3 days but they made sure we were always connected. We had stayed for a few days before checking out too stay at the hospital for a week. We had notice the shower head was leaking and we told them. When we checked back into the same room it had been repaired and was working perfectly! They keep the hotel running without ongoing problems, something rare in many of the Asian hotels we've stayed at. I would deffinately recommend this hotel.
