  The perfect place!

  My family and I have been traveling to Sayang beach almost every year. I think I’ve been here about 11 times in 19 years. The staff here is so polite and caring. They provide you with a lot of helpful tips and ways to explore Koh Lanta. The beach is clean and peaceful. Their food is incredible and their breakfast is the perfect mix for family vacations. Their menu consists of both children friendly food and food that explores the Thai culture. I would recommend this place to everyone. Their bungalows are nice and comfortable as well. They are situated near both everything worth seeing but still with enough distance to not feel like a all inclusive resort.

  Lovely relaxing stay on a beautiful beach

  It was so lovely to be able to return to Sayang Beach. As always the villas were clean and spacious with efficient air conditioning and fridges. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It's such a treat to be able to say so close to such a beautiful beach and to be able to dine every evening at the edge of it. The food has always been good but the bbq fish is now a regular feature and, as well as the usual thai and indian dishes, freshly made pizzas, lasagne and even beefburgers are now available.There are plenty of sunbeds available in the shade and large bean bags for those able to stay out in the sun.Altogether everything you could want for lovely relaxing holiday in Thailand.

  First, I have to say all the staff here are friendly and will make your stay an enjoyable experience. After my first night I was able to move to the front bungalow overlooking the beach which was like a honeymoon suite. American breakfast provided with fruit platter but because of the situation the kitchen was closed after 10am. I had to walk around half a km north or south to the nearest restaurant for dinner.My room was spacious and very clean. Adequate lighting options, quiet aircon, ceiling fan, sofa and table. The TV had many channels but only one in English (NKK Japan). The bed linen was clean and the bed comfortable enough. Many pillows for those so inclined. The wardrobe had hanging space and a shelf to place clothes.Decent size clean bathroom with separate area for showering. Water pressure just ok but the water heater worked well.The balcony is a highlight. Table and two rocking chairs and also two sunloungers. The only bungalow with personal sunloungers.The beachfront area is kept clean by the resort staff. Swimming no problem.The Thai Govt's position on Covid continues to have a serious economic effect on island tourism. Staff worker Boon is the man with the answers during this pandemic time. I will have to return when everything is back to normal to do some boat tours.Tip: DO NOT forget your mozzie spray.

  On arrival we where greeted by quite a stern faced receptionist, who took an age to check us in including somewhat bizarrely examining our visas and departure cards which is not normal upon hotel check in. Once checked in we found the grounds to be beautiful, our room was very comfortable, good aircon, comfortable bed. The restaurant was very nice, on the beach and surrounded by fairy lights and palms. Very relaxing. There are sunbeds near the beach however old people seem to put towels out on them first thing in the morning. That’s fine and we where happy to lay on the sand but there is very little shade to be had. The beach itself is beautiful, sea very clear. Long beach it’s self is not quite what we where expecting, very quiet compared to Klong Khong for example. We are in our thirties and found the average clientel to about around twenty years older than us. Not many bars on the beach, more just hotels with restaurants. If you walk up the lane leading to the hotel however there are usually tuks waiting at the top and it’s about 100tb to go along to some pubs and bars if that’s what you want. Overall a picturesque and relaxing place to stay.
