The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay.     This resort has to be the best hotel of our whole stay in Thailand. We were greeted by very friendly staff who quickly checked us in, handed us a welcome drink and guided us to our room. We originally booked a one bedroom pool room but when we first arrived, there was an issue with our private plunge pool so they kindly upgraded us for one night to a two bedroom villa with a huge pool FOC (plus a drink and desert voucher for both of us) without us even having to ask or complain. So excellent customer service. We then decided to stay in the two bed villa for the rest of our stay as it was incredible! The hotel offered us a good rate to upgrade. The villa itself has an open air/covered living room, kitchen, BBQ and dining area and the large pool and sun loungers outside with exotic & perfectly manicured planting. It is very private, secluded and peaceful. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which has an outdoor shower with the same exotic planting but there was an additional indoor shower too. The whole villa is very stylish and comfortable with a fully stocked fridge (chargeable) and complimentary vodka, gin and whisky in decanters (that gets topped up each day!!!) plus the usual tea/coffee, water etc. The kitchen is fully kitted out and has everything you need if you did want to cook something yourself. They even provide a Bose music system and telephone where you can make local calls for free and call reception (or just WhatsApp them and they respond quickly). There is also an onsite bar and restaurant next to the pool area which serves great food and drinks all day. This leads right on to the gorgeous Bo Phut beach where sun loungers are provided. But the main thing we loved about this place is the super friendly staff who cannot do enough for you, the chilled vibe plus the stunning grounds with the perfectly manicured gardens, pathways and ponds. The resort is located off the busy main road, the 4169 that goes around the island and is a great location as you are near to Fisherman’s village (approx 10 minutes walk along the road or beach) or just a couple of minutes in a cab which is very cheap. There are also lots of other restaurants nearby that all serve amazing, tasty and super cheap food. Travel Thailand Now also listed The Karma resort as just 7 incredible beachfront resorts in Ko Samui that you will never forget. I can see why and we will never forget this special place. We will DEFINITELY be coming back here again!!!

    Stayed here as a couple for eight days. Room was beautiful, service was exceptional, and the food was excellent. The staff does whatever they can to make your stay enjoyable, relaxing, and easy. Everyone is so friendly! They all work very hard, so please do tip daily. They certainly deserve it! Many amenities nearby and it is easy to grab transportation anywhere else. Fisherman’s Village and the night market are about a 10 to 15 minute walk away. We took the transfer to and from the airport, which we highly recommend. Very easy. Highly highly recommend staying here for couples or families.

    Excellent villa with pool

    We had villa 27 which was extremely spacious with two double bedrooms a kitchen area ,barbecue and lovely pool. We were furthest away from the beach but still was excellent. The short walk to the beach was fine and you could reserve a subbed. The breakfast was perfect as was the restaurant with excellent food. The staff were friendly and helpful

    We came here from the Ritz Carlton Samui to spend a week with our children and their partners. We knew the villas would be impressive as we had seen pictures. But we didn’t expect such incredible service. It was so much sweeter than the ritz Carlton and we wish we had headed straight here. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are attentive and kind. If you’re thinking of booking don’t hesitate. It’s lovely!

    Unbelievable resort , we stayed in a 2 bed villa , which turned into out luxury home , it’s a real 5 star Food is incredible Service is excellent staff are so welcoming and so nice our villa was absolutely amazing please stay in the villas if your are a family our private pool was beautiful , we loved every minute The manager is a lady called Julia she is excellent , we felt she treated us like vips , we then realised she treats anybody the same way , she goes above and beyond of any manager , she really cared about her guests , this resort is a must in Koh SAMUI
