Location

This beach resort is located on the Ao Nang beach in Krabi, a place where guests can enjoy their day amidst white sandy islets, coral reefs, rock formations, limestone caves and the clear waters of the Andaman Sea. Guests will also find a wide range of restaurants, bars and pubs close by and shopping opportunities can be found just 3 minutes’ walk away at the Ao Nang Centre.

Facility

75 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the pool from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Bathrooms with wheelchair access can also be booked. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the resort, including cycling/mountain biking, a gym, aerobics, a spa, a sauna and massage treatments.

Meals

Dining facilities include a non-smoking restaurant, a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    The pool with the slides was awful, mismatched, worn, it felt very itty bitty. Rooms were okay, location was okay. Relax pool was okay.     Fantastic family friendly hotel in Central ao nang

    We loved our stay at this family friendly hotel in a Central point in ao nang. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was good and the kids loved the swimming pool with slides. We highly recommend a swim up room if available! The kids corner was lovely for smaller children - Mimi was amazing! There were plenty of shops nearby and night market a short walk from the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel and would come back as a family! Thank you for a lovely stay.     Family Fun in Krabi: Our Stay at Ananta Burin Resort

    Stay Dates: 13 – 16 September 2025We stayed at Ananta Burin Resort and had a great experience overall! The resort is very kids-friendly — the highlight for us was the pool area with water slides, which kept the children happily entertained. The size of the resort is just right — not too big and not too small — making it easy to manage with kids.We booked connecting rooms for our group of four, which worked perfectly. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The only hiccup was on our last day when the whole building had no water supply, so we couldn’t shower before checking out (a funny memory now!).Location: The resort is slightly away from Ao Nang Beach and the main street market, but still accessible. Tuk-tuk rides are easy to get and cost around 100 THB, which was convenient.Massage & Spa: Like most places in Thailand, finding a good massage isn’t an issue — there are plenty of shops next to each other near the hotel, and the massages were great!Overall, I’m happy with our stay and would recommend Ananta Burin Resort to families looking for a kid-friendly, comfortable place in Krabi.
