    Great Views & Friendly Staff, But Cleaning Needs ImprovementI recently stayed at Andakiri Pool Villa in Krabi, and overall, it was a good experience. The views are absolutely stunning, and the private pool was a great bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable.Service worked well, but the cleanliness could be improved—especially in the bathrooms, which needed more thorough attention. If they improve the cleaning, it would be an amazing stay!Would I come back? Maybe, mainly for the views and private pool. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay with great scenery, this place is worth considering!

    A lovely stay with stunning views, away from the hustle and bustle of Krabi. Staff very pleasant and the rooms were really clean. The shuttle bus was excellent, much needed but was always punctual and nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay, close but far enough away to get a different perspective on the resort

    We booked this hotel for our stay in krabi. The hotel is decent. But there are a few things that you should consider before booking this hotel. There are no cabs or tuk tuk that come to this hotel as its their policy you have to take the hotel shuttle only. That is free only if you follow their schedule. Else it is chargeable. Also they take a security deposit of 3000 thaibaht. The hotel staff is super rude. You wont feel like talking to them as you dont wanna spoil your vacation. And yes, they charge you 50 baht for one 1/2 liter bottle of water. So please carry your own water if you dont like to be charged for something that is free in most of the hotels. And they will try best to cut from your deposit as they accused me of taking water bottles. But i had the video of the villa when i entered it. So i saved a couple of 100 bahts. I wont recommend this place for a stay at all.

    Accommodation is basic, pool is small, water looks dirty, ants all over and cushions are stained. Charged for water that was in the room, only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no more left for the 4 nights we stayed. Was told food was served till 10pm tried to order at 9.30pm to be told kitchen was closed, bar only stayed open till 9pm. Shuttle bus ran every 2 hours, charged to use it at other times, even tho villa is at a very steep hill. Staff friendly enough. Had breakfast a few times, was basic, one set price no matter what you had only had a omelette 300bt. Wouldn't stay again.     Rooms are okay and staff is not at all co operative and they charge for everything and even for a small thing they make big out of it and will make sure that you have to pay extra for that thing , so do not go here with your hard earned money they will make sure they get it.
