Location

This resort enjoys a very romantic hillside setting in the centre of Ao Nang, only 100 metres away from the Ao Nang Beach and 20 km from Krabi’s town centre, providing the ideal location for a truly relaxing holiday experience. Guests will find a range of restaurants, bars and nightlife venues just 200 metres from the resort. Krabi Airport is 30 km from the accommodation.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 65 rooms located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a library. The worst hotel to stay in Krabi ! BEWARE!!!!!

This was the worst place to stay. if anyone thinking to book this hotel please stop right now and read this… 1. there’s no lift 2. there’s no helper, you have to carry your luggage by yourself (our floor was on 3rd floor) 3. if you’re vegetarian then forget about the breakfast because they don’t offer anything for vegetarians except rice and sorted veggies. 4. They don’t even a landline phone , if you want anything you need to go to the reception every time. 5. The most important point they didn’t have water… the basic necessity and when i tried to convey to the receptionist he got offended. people come to krabi to enjoy the beach but hotels like these , they ruin your mood , travel and expectations as well. Because you will struggle for every little thing. This was the worst one can ever imagine. it’s already been more than an hour, but no water . Funny thing is when i told them to provide any room or area where shower/ water is available, that would work for us, and the receptionist told us there is no water in an entire big hotel!!!!!! So yes, their services are veryyyyyyyy bad !!!!!!!

The room are smelly (they don't open because of the monkey), my room was very noisy (there is a bar just in front of the hotel who play music loudly until late...).The buffet is not worth, not even get banana or pineapple.The staff is very nice. The location is good.

Not impressed but good location

If you are looking for a place just to spend the night, it’s a good place. Has also a nice big pool. Staff extremely rude and not helpful, ordered pizza and it was by far the worst pizza I have had in my entire life. Location is great but you can find a lot cheaper places close by. Opposite the main entrance is a take away reggae cocktail bar. That is so fun and amazing.

The beds are hard and not very nice to sleep in multiple nights. The first night was all fine, but after a few days it was very uncomfortable. Most of the staff does not speak good english, so sometimes hard getting understood and understanding them. First day we took breakfast ourselves, but after that we had to order everything, even toast and juice. Very limited amount of food to choose from, only thing to put on your toast was jam or marmelade. I would have liked some cheese and vegetables. Staff is very polite and welcoming and the hotel is close to multiple beaches and Ao Nangs centerpoint where there is some evening activities aswell as nightclubs. Also close to longtail boats pickup spot. Central location makes this hotel alright despite some less desirable things. Over all the experience is fine, and at the end of the day it is quite an affordable hotel, so I can’t ask for too much.
